the president announced that the was going to be a notionwide lockdown for 21 days from march 26 to april 16 2020 to contain the spread of covid 19 . during the lockdown there was a curfew between 7pm to 5am. if you were found outside between 7pm and 5am you would be fined ,jailed or beaten by the military and police.
