and blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
ለድሆችም ወንጌል ይሰበካል፤ በእኔም የማይሰናከለው ሁሉ ብፁዕ ነው።

these things have i spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
እንዳትሰናከሉ ይህን ተናግሬአችኋለሁ።

but peter said unto him, although all shall be offended, yet will not i.
ጴጥሮስም። ሁሉም ቢሰናከሉ እኔ ግን ከቶ አልሰናከልም አለው።

and then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
በዚያን ጊዜም ብዙዎች ይሰናከላሉ እርስ በርሳቸውም አሳልፈው ይሰጣጣሉ እርስ በርሳቸውም ይጣላሉ፤

yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
ነገር ግን ለጊዜው ነው እንጂ በእርሱ ሥር የለውም፥ በቃሉ ምክንያትም መከራ ወይም ስደት በሆነ ጊዜ ወዲያው ይሰናከላል።

o you who have faith ! do not be like those who offended moses , whereat allah cleared him of what they alleged , and he was distinguished in allah s sight ’ .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! እንደእነዚያ ሙሳን እንዳሰቃዩት ሰዎች አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ ካሉትም ነገር ሁሉ አላህ አጠራው ፡ ፡ አላህም ዘንድ ባለሞገስ ነበር ፡ ፡

is not this the carpenter, the son of mary, the brother of james, and joses, and of juda, and simon? and are not his sisters here with us? and they were offended at him.
ይህስ ጸራቢው የማርያም ልጅ የያቆብም የዮሳም የይሁዳም የስምዖንም ወንድም አይደለምን? እኅቶቹስ በዚህ በእኛ ዘንድ አይደሉምን? አሉ፤ ይሰናከሉበትም ነበር።
