for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အကြင်အရပ်၌ သင်တို့၏ဘဏ္ဍာရှိ၏။ ထိုအရပ်သို့ သင်တို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံးရောက် တတ်၏။

or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
သားသည် မုန့်ကိုတောင်းလျှင် မိမိသားအား ကျောက်ကိုပေးမည်သူ၊

for wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
အသေကောင်ရှိရာ၌ ရွှေလင်းတတို့သည် စုဝေးကြလတံ့။

for what portion of god is there from above? and what inheritance of the almighty from on high?
သို့မဟုတ် အထက်အရပ်က ဘုရားသခင်သည်အဘယ်ကျေးဇူးကို၎င်း၊ မြင့်ရာအရပ်က အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင် သည် အဘယ်သို့သော အမွေဥစ္စာကို၎င်း ပေးတော်မူ မည်နည်း။

and they say, how doth god know? and is there knowledge in the most high?
ဘုရားသခင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သိတော်မူမည် နည်း။ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၌ ဥာဏ်ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်လော ဟု ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။

because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression.
ပညတ်တရားသည်ကား အမျက်ဒေါသနှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်၏။ ပညတ်တရားမရှိလျှင်၊ လွန်ကျူးခြင်း အပြစ်မရှိ။

and what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which i set before you this day?

သင်၌ ဘုရားသခင်ပေးတော်မူသော သက်သာခြင်းအကြောင်း နည်းသလော။ သင်၌ဝှက်ထားသောအမှု တစုံတခုရှိသလော။

and jehoshaphat said, is there not here a prophet of the lord besides, that we might inquire of him?
ယောရှဖတ်ကလည်း၊ ငါတို့မေးမြန်းစရာ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ပရောဖက် တစုံ တပါးမျှမရှိသလောဟု မေးသော်၊

o lord, there is none like thee, neither is there any god beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
သို့ဖြစ်၍ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ကြားသမျှအတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် တူသောဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်မှတပါးအခြားသော ဘုရားမည်မျှ မရှိပါ။

what profit is there in my blood, when i go down to the pit? shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
သင်္ချိုင်းတွင်းထဲသို့ဆင်းလျှင် အဘယ်အကျိုးရှိပါ အံ့နည်း။

and what man is there that hath betrothed a wife, and hath not taken her? let him go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man take her.
မိန်းမနှင့်လက်ထပ်၍ မသိမ်းရသေးသောသူရှိ လျှင်၊ မိမိအိမ်သို့ ပြန်သွားပါလေစေ။ သို့မဟုတ် စစ်တိုက် ရာတွင် သေ၍ အခြားသောသူသည် ထိုမိန်းမကို သိမ်း လိမ့်မည်ဟု စိုးရိမ်စရာရှိသည်ဟု လူများတို့အား ပြောရကြမည်။

ဣသရေလအမျိုးအနွယ်တို့တွင် အဘယ်သူသည် မိဇပါမြို့ ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ မလာဘဲ နေသနည်းဟူ၍၎င်း မေးမြန်းလျှင်၊ ဂိလဒ်ပြည်ယာ ဗက်မြို့သားတယောက်မျှ စုဝေးရာ တပ်သို့ မရောက်မလာကြောင်းကို သိကြ၏။

and the officers shall speak unto the people, saying, what man is there that hath built a new house, and hath not dedicated it? let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man dedicate it.
ဗိုလ်တို့ကလည်း၊ အိမ်သစ်ကို ဆောက်၍ ဘုရား သခင်၌ မအပ်ရသေးသောသူရှိလျှင်၊ မိမိအိမ်သို့ပြန်၍ အပ်ပါလေစေ။ သို့မဟုတ် စစ်တိုက်ရာတွင် သေ၍ အခြား သောသူသည် ထိုအိမ်ကို အပ်လိမ့်မည်ဟု စိုးရိမ်စရာရှိ၏။

again he said unto her, stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and inquire of thee, and say, is there any man here? that thou shalt say, no.
သူကလည်း၊ တဲတံခါးဝ၌ နေပါ။ လူတစုံတယောက်က ယောက်ျားရှိသလောဟု လာ၍ မေးလျှင် မရှိကြောင်းကို ပြောလော့ဟု မှာထားလေ၏။

and the officers shall speak further unto the people, and they shall say, what man is there that is fearful and fainthearted? let him go and return unto his house, lest his brethren's heart faint as well as his heart.
တဖန်လည်း၊ ဗိုလ်တို့က ကြောက်တတ်သော သဘောရှိ၍ စိတ်ပျက်သောသူရှိလျှင်၊ မိမိအိမ်သို့ ပြန်သွားပါလေစေ။ သို့မဟုတ်လျှင် ထိုသူစိတ်ပျက်သကဲ့သို့ သူ၏အဘော်တို့သည် စိတ်ပျက်ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု စိုးရိမ် စရာရှိသည်ဟု လူများတို့အား ပြောရကြမည်။
