ငါ့ကျွန်ဣသရေလ၊ ငါရွေးချယ်သောသူ ယာကုပ်၊ ငါ့အဆွေအာဗြဟံ၏သား၊

if thou canst answer me, set thy words in order before me, stand up.
သင်သည်တတ်နိုင်လျှင် ငါ့ကို ပြန်ပြောလော့။ ကိုယ်စကားကို ပြင်ဆင်လော့။ ကြိုးစားလော့။

i cry unto thee, and thou dost not hear me: i stand up, and thou regardest me not.

ထိုအခါ တန်ခိုးကြီးသော ရှင်ဘုရင်တပါးလည်း ပေါ်လာလိမ့်မည်။ အာဏာတော်ကြီးလျက် အစိုးရ၍ မိမိအလိုရှိသည်အတိုင်း ပြုလိမ့်မည်။

အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ အခြားသော ဘာသာစကားဖြင့် ငါဆုတောင်းလျှင်၊ ငါ့စိတ်နှလုံး ဆုတောင်းသော်လည်း၊ ငါ့ဥာဏ်သည် အကျိုးကိုမပေး။

and in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
ထိုနိုင်ငံတို့၏ အဆုံးစွန်သောကာလ၌ လွန်ကျူး သော သူတို့၏ အပြစ်ပြည့်စုံသောအခါ၊ ရဲရင့်သော မျက်နှာရှိ၍ ပရိယာယ်တို့ကို နားလည်သော မင်းကြီး တပါး ပေါ်လာလိမ့်မည်။

but out of a branch of her roots shall one stand up in his estate, which shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail:
ထိုမင်းသမီး၏ အဆွေအမျိုးဖြစ်သော သူ တယောက်သည် အဘ၏ အရိပ်အရာကိုရသဖြင့် စစ်ချီ ၍ လာလိမ့်မည်။ မြောက်ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ မြို့တော်သို့ ရောက် လျှင်၊ မြို့သားတို့ကို တိုက်၍နိုင်လိမ့်မည်။

and i will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
ငါလက်ကို သိမ်းရုပ်သောအခါ၊ ငါ့ကျောကိုသာ မြင်ရမည်၊ ငါ့မျက်နှာကိုမမြင်ရဟူ၍၎င်း မိန့်တော် မူ၏။

and in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.
ထိုသူအရာ၌လည်း မင်းစည်းစိမ်းကို ခံထိုက် သော သူမဟုတ်၊ ယုတ်မာသော သူပေါ်လာလိမ့်မည်။ သူသည် အနိုင်အထက်မပြု ချော့မော့ခြင်းအားဖြင့် နိုင်ငံ ကို ရလိမ့်မည်။

but my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
ငါ၏သစ္စာနှင့် ကရုဏာသည် သူ့ဘက်မှာနေ၍၊ ငါ၏နာမအားဖြင့် သူ၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိလိမ့်မည်။

hath a nation changed their gods, which are yet no gods? but my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit.
အခြားတပါးသော လူမျိုးကိုးကွယ်သော ဘုရား သည် ဘုရားမဟုတ်သော်လည်း၊ ပြောင်းလဲဘူးပြီလော။ ငါ၏လူမျိုးသည် ကျေးဇူးမပြုနိုင်သောအရာဘို့ မိမိတို့ ဘုန်းကို ပြောင်းလဲကြပြီတကား။

and jesus answered and said unto him, blessed art thou, simon barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my father which is in heaven.
ယေရှုကလည်း၊ ရှိမုန်ဗာယောန၊ သင်သည်မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အသွေးအသားသည် ဤ အကြောင်းအရာကို သင့်အားဘော်ပြသည်မဟုတ်။ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ရှိတော်မူသော ငါ့ခမည်းတော်သည် ဘော် ပြတော်မူသတည်း။

and i say unto you my friends, be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
ငါ့အဆွေတို့၊ သင်တို့အား ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာကိုသတ်၍ နောက်တဖန် အလျှင်းမပြုနိုင်သော သူတို့ကို မကြောက်ကြနှင့်။

and in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.
ထိုကာလ၌ တောင်ရှင်ဘုရင်ကို ရန်ဘက်ပြု သောသူတို့သည် များကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်၏အမျိုးသားချင်း ဖြစ်သော သူပုန်တို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ်ရူပါရုံကို ပြည့်စုံစေခြင်း ငှါ ထ၍၊ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
