and my spirit hath rejoiced in god my saviour.
ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်တော်မူသောအရှင်ဘုရားသခင်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ရွှင်လန်းခြင်းရှိ၏။

for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါ့ထမ်းဘိုးသည် ထမ်းလွယ်၏။ ငါ့ဝန်လည်း ပေါ့၏ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

hear diligently my speech, and my declaration with your ears.
ငါ့စကားကို စေ့စေ့မှတ်ကြလော့။ ငါ့လျှောက် ထားချက်ကို နားထောင်ကြလော့။

and thomas answered and said unto him, my lord and my god.
သောမကလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏အရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ပါတကားဟု ပြန်၍လျှောက်၏။

and i said, my strength and my hope is perished from the lord:
သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် မြော်လင်စရာအကြောင်း ပျက်လေပြီဟု ဆိုရ၏။

but zion said, the lord hath forsaken me, and my lord hath forgotten me.
ဇိအုန်ကလည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို စွန့် ပစ်တော်မူပြီ။ ဘုရားရှင်သည် ငါ့ကို မေ့လျော့တော်မူပြီဟု ဆိုလေသော်၊

and i will make all my mountains a way, and my highways shall be exalted.
ငါ၏တောင်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို သွားရာလမ်းဖြစ်စေ မည်။ ငါ၏မြေတန်တားများကိုလည်း ငါဖို့မည်။

i was there with friends and we were laughing, and then the wind blew and my headscarf fell off.
ကျွန်မက အဲဒီမှာ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေနဲ့ ရယ်မောနေကြတာ၊

examine me, o lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စစ်ဆေးစုံစမ်း၍၊ နှလုံး ကျောက်ကပ်ကို ဆေးကြောတော်မူပါ။

but my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
ငါ၏သစ္စာနှင့် ကရုဏာသည် သူ့ဘက်မှာနေ၍၊ ငါ၏နာမအားဖြင့် သူ၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိလိမ့်မည်။

and he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, behold my mother and my brethren!
လက်တော်ကိုလည်းဆန့်၍ တပည့်တော်တို့ကို ညွှန်လျက်၊ ဤသူတို့သည် ငါ့အမိ၊ ငါ့ညီပေတည်း။

and he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, behold my mother and my brethren!
ခြံရံလျက်ထိုင်သောသူတို့ကို ပတ်လည်ကြည့်ရှု၍၊ ဤသူတို့သည် ငါ့အမိ၊ ငါ့ညီပေတည်း။

and at the evening sacrifice i arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, i fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the lord my god.
ညဦးယံ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ချိန်တွင်၊ စိတ်ပျက်ရာမှထ၍ အတွင်းအဝတ်၊ ပြင်အဝတ်ကို ဆုတ်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ဒူးထောက်၍၊ ငါ၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ လက်ဝါးတို့ကို ဖြန့်လျက်၊

and afterward when david heard it, he said, i and my kingdom are guiltless before the lord for ever from the blood of abner the son of ner:
ထိုနောက်ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ကြားသောအခါ၊ နေရ၏သား အာဗနာကို သတ်သောအပြစ်နှင့် ငါသည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ လွတ်ပါစေ။ ငါ့နိုင်ငံလွတ်ပါစေ။

and that ye will save alive my father, and my mother, and my brethren, and my sisters, and all that they have, and deliver our lives from death.
ကျွန်မမိဘ၊ ညီအစ်မ၊ မောင်အစရှိသော သူတို့ နှင့်ဆိုင်သမျှသော သူတို့ကို မသတ်ဘဲ အသက်ချမ်းသာ ပေးမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရားကို တိုင်တည်၍ ကျိန်ဆိုကြပါ။ မှန်သောလက္ခဏာသက်သေကိုလည်း ပေးခဲ့ကြပါဟုဆို လျှင်၊

i will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.
ငါ့မြှားတို့ကို အသွေးနှင့်ယစ်မူးစေမည်။ ငါ့ထား သည် အသားကို စားလိမ့်မည်။ သတ်သောသူ၊ လက်ရ သောသူတို့၏ အသွေး၊ ရန်သူအကဲအမှူးတို့၏ ဦးခေါင်းကို စားသောက်လိမ့်မည်။

the god of my rock; in him will i trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
ငါ၏ဘုရား၊ ငါကိုးစားသော အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၊ ငါ၏အကွယ်အကာ၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သောဦးချို၊ ငါ၏ ရဲတိုက်၊ ငါခိုလှုံရာ၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သော အရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းထဲက အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။
