(އެއުރެންވަނީ) ސުވަރުގެތަކެއްގައެވެ. ކުށްވެރިންނާ މެދުގައި އެކަކު އަނެކަކާ سؤال ކުރާ حال ގައެވެ.

concerning the great news,
ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ خبر އާ މެދުގައެވެ.

concerning that they were doing.
އެއުރެން ކޮށްއުޅުނު عمل ތަކާ މެދުގައެވެ.

concerning what are they disputing?
އެއުރެން އެކަކު އަނެކަކާ سؤال ކޮށް އުޅެނީ، ކޮންކަމަކާ މެދުގައި ހެއްޔެވެ؟

concerning what they have been doing.
އެއުރެން ކޮށްއުޅުނު عمل ތަކާ މެދުގައެވެ.

concerning which they are in disagreement.
އެ خبر އަކީ، އެއުރެން އެއާމެދު خلاف ވެގެންވާ خبر އެވެ.

and he is not miserly concerning the unseen.
އަދި غيب ގެ ކަންތައް ފޮރުވައި، ހިފަހައްޓަވާ ބޭކަލަކު ކަމުގައި އެކަލޭގެފާނު (އެބަހީ: محمد ގެފާނު) ނުވެއެވެ.

will you dispute with him concerning what he saw?
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާ ކަންތަކާމެދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލޭގެފާނާ ޖަދަލުކުރަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and if he had forged concerning us some discourses.
(އެއީ) عالم ތަކުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ބާވައިލެއްވި ފޮތެކެވެ.

a questioner questioned concerning the doom about to fall
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރި މާތްވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ اسم ފުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!

and if he had invented false sayings concerning us,
(އެއީ) عالم ތަކުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ބާވައިލެއްވި ފޮތެކެވެ.

they ask you concerning the hour, “when will it set in,
قيامة ގެ وقت އަންނާނީ ކޮންއިރަކުންކަމާމެދު އެއުރެން ކަލޭގެފާނާ سؤال ކުރެތެވެ.

a questioner asked concerning a torment about to befall
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރި މާތްވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ اسم ފުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނު تسبيح ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ!

o human! what has deceived you concerning your generous lord
އޭ އިންސާނާއެވެ! ތިބާގެ ވެރި، ދީލަތިވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއާމެދު ތިބާ ހެއްލުންތެރިކުޅައީ ކޮންއެއްޗެއް ހެއްޔެވެ؟

he is not questioned concerning what he does, but they are questioned.
އެކަލާނގެ ކުރައްވާ ކަމަކާމެދު، އެކަލާނގެއާ سؤال އެއް ނުކުރެވޭހުށްޓެވެ. (އެއުރެންކުރާ ކަންތަކާމެދު) އެއުރެންނާ سؤال ކުރައްވާނެތެވެ.

o man! what hath beguiled thee concerning thy lord, the bountiful,
އޭ އިންސާނާއެވެ! ތިބާގެ ވެރި، ދީލަތިވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއާމެދު ތިބާ ހެއްލުންތެރިކުޅައީ ކޮންއެއްޗެއް ހެއްޔެވެ؟

a people before you questioned concerning them, then disbelieved in them.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކުރިން އުޅުނު ބަޔަކުވެސް، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެފަދަ سؤال ކުރިއެވެ. ދެން (އެކަންކަމުގެ حكم ބަޔާންކުރެއްވި ހިނދު) އެކަންކަމަށް كافر ވި ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި އެއުރެންވިއެވެ.

he cannot be questioned concerning what he does and they shall be questioned.
އެކަލާނގެ ކުރައްވާ ކަމަކާމެދު، އެކަލާނގެއާ سؤال އެއް ނުކުރެވޭހުށްޓެވެ. (އެއުރެންކުރާ ކަންތަކާމެދު) އެއުރެންނާ سؤال ކުރައްވާނެތެވެ.

and that those who argue concerning our revelations may know they have no refuge.
އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާމެދުގައި ޖަދަލުކުރާ މީހުންނަށް (ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ عذاب ން) ފިލަންދާނޭ ތަނެއްނެތްކަން އެނގުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.
