ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ގޮވާންކުރާ ތަކެއްޗާމެދު، ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވިސްނައި ބެލީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

so is this the matter regarding which you laze?
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދޮގުކޮށް ފަރުވާކުޑަކުރަނީ، މިވާހަކައާމެދުގައި (އެބަހީ: މި قرآن އާ މެދުގައި) ހެއްޔެވެ؟

so what is your opinion regarding the semen you discharge?
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބޭރުކުރާ މަންޏާމެދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފަހެ، ވިސްނައި ބެލީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

in arrogance regarding it, conversing by night, speaking evil.
އެ قرآن އާމެދު ބޮޑާވެގަންނަ حال ގައެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ރޭގަނޑުގެ ވަގުތުގައި (އެ قرآن އަށް) މަލާމާތްކޮށް ވާހަކަދައްކަން ތިބޭހިނދުގައެވެ.

so regarding the thamud, they were destroyed by a terrible scream.
ފަހެ، ثمود ބާގައިމީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ބިރުވެރި، ގަދަފަދަ އަޑުން އެއުރެން ހަލާކު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

then, on that day, you will surely be questioned regarding the favours.
ދެން އެދުވަހުން ހަމަކަށަވަރުން (ދުނިޔޭގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ލިބުނު) نعمة ތަކާމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ سؤال ކުރައްވާނެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

on the day of resurrection, god will judge between you regarding your differences.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން خلاف ވެއުޅުނު ކަންތަކާމެދު، قيامة ދުވަހުން، اللَّه ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މެދުގައި حكم ކުރައްވާނެތެވެ.

are you, then, going to contend with him regarding what he sees with his eyes?
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވާ ކަންތަކާމެދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަލޭގެފާނާ ޖަދަލުކުރަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and do not say, regarding anything, 'i am going to do that tomorrow,'
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއްވެސްކަމަކާ ދޭތެރޭގައި، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު މާދަމާ އެކަމެއް ކުރައްވާނަމޭ ވިދާޅުނުވާހުށިކަމެވެ!

they (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the last day, as to when is its appointed time.
قيامة ގެ وقت އަންނާނީ ކޮންއިރަކުންކަމާމެދު އެއުރެން ކަލޭގެފާނާ سؤال ކުރެތެވެ.

have you not observed those who dispute regarding god's revelations, how they have deviated?
اللَّه ގެ آية ތަކާމެދު ޖަދަލުކުރާ މީހުން، ތިބާ ނުދެކެމުހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެން (حق މަގުން) އެއްކިބާވަނީ ކޮންފަދައަކުން ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and for those who dispute regarding our signs to realise; that they do not have a place to escape to.
އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާމެދުގައި ޖަދަލުކުރާ މީހުންނަށް (ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ عذاب ން) ފިލަންދާނޭ ތަނެއްނެތްކަން އެނގުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

although they have no knowledge regarding that. they only follow their conjecture and conjecture can never take the place of the truth.
އެއުރެންނަށް އެކަމުގެ އެއްވެސް علم އެއް ލިބިގެންނުވާ حال ގައެވެ. ހީއަކަށް މެނުވީ އެއުރެން تبع ވާކަމުގައެއް ނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ހީއަކީ حق ގެ ބަދަލުގައި އެއްވެސްކަމެއް ފުއްދައިދޭނެ އެއްޗެއްނޫނެވެ.

and if one of them is given the glad tidings of what he professes regarding the most gracious, his face blackens and he is mournful!
رحمن ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް އެއުރެންގެ މީހަކު نسبة ކުރިފަދަ ދަރިޔަކު (އެބަހީ: އަންހެން ދަރިޔަކު) ލިބުނުކަމުގެ خبر އެމީހަކަށް ދެވިއްޖެނަމަ، އޭނާގެ މޫނު އަނދިރިވެގެންދެއެވެ. އޭނާޔަށް އެކަމުގެ ހިތާމަ ލިބިގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

and they ask you regarding zul-qarnain; say, “i shall recite his story to you.”
ذوالقرنين އާމެދު އެއުރެން ކަލޭގެފާނާ سؤال ކުރެތެވެ. ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އޭނާގެ ވާހަކައިން ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ކިޔައިދެއްވާ ހުށީމެވެ.

the sabbath was only enjoined on those who differed about it. your lord will judge between them on the day of resurrection regarding the things about which they differed.
ހޮނިހިރުދުވަހުގެ حرمة ތެރިކަން ލައްވާފައިވާކަން ކަށަވަރީ، އެދުވަހާމެދު خلاف ވެގެން އުޅުނު މީހުންގެ މައްޗަށެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެން خلاف ވެ އުޅުނު ކަންތަކާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ قيامة ދުވަހުން އެއުރެންގެމެދުގައި، حكم ކުރައްވާނެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

and make thou the ark under our eyes and our revelation; and address me not regarding those that have done wrong; verily they are to be drowned.
އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ދަށުން، އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى އާއެކު، ކަލޭގެފާނު ނާކޮޅު ބަންނަވާށެވެ! އަދި އަނިޔާވެރިވި މީހުންނާ މެދުގައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް ނުދަންނަވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެންނަކީ، غرق ކުރައްވާނޭ ބަޔެކެވެ.

and when our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say regarding the truth that has come to them, “this is an obvious magic!”
އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް އެއުރެންނަށް ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ ގޮތުގައި ކިޔައިދެވޭހިނދު (އަދި) އެއުރެންގެގާތަށް حق ބަސްފުޅު އައިހިނދު، كافر ވިމީހުން އެ ބަސްފުޅާމެދު ބުނޫއެވެ. މިއީ ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ޖާދޫއެކެވެ.

had allah willed he would have made you all one nation, but he sends astray whomever he wills and guides whomever he wills; and you will certainly be questioned regarding your deeds.
اللَّه އިރާދަކުރެއްވިނަމަ، އެއް أمّة އެއް ކަމުގައި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ލައްވައިފީސްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ މީހަކު މަގުފުރައްދަވަތެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ މީހަކަށް ތެދުމަގު ދައްކަވަތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށް އުޅުނު ކަންތަކާމެދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ سوال ކުރައްވާހުށިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.
