ear all, hfc will have a 2nd wave to change the company internal system. please take note as below, thanks. hfc are going through wave 2 of exit of transition service agreement (tsa) between p&g (now called as hfc) and coty. during this transition hfc will go through a “black out” period in all hfc system which it may impact on the order process, return and invoice. please refer to the attached letter for your perusal. below are the summary of the cut off date before the “black out” period. we are advice to store more stocks in the month of august to avoid any hiccup of our new system after the transition. last order for shipment : 23rd aug (for klang valley) : 21st aug (for outstation) last return for process : 4th aug resume for order processing : 5th sept (provided the transition period is going smoothly)
