آسمان (کی فضائے بسیط اور خلائے عظیم) کی قَسم اور رات کو (نظر) آنے والے کی قَسم،

by the heaven, and the night-visitor,
آسمان (کی فضائے بسیط اور خلائے عظیم) کی قَسم اور رات کو (نظر) آنے والے کی قَسم،

she's a frequent visitor to this country.
وہ اس ملک میں آتی جاتی رہتی ہے۔

what do you know what the night-visitor is?
اور آپ کو کیا معلوم رات کو آنے والا کیا ہے

(and what will show you what is the nightly visitor?
اور آپ کو کیا معلوم رات کو آنے والا کیا ہے

a visitor from your lord circled around the garden during the night while they were asleep
تو اس پر تیرے رب کی طرف سے ایک پھیری کرنے والا پھیرا کر گیا اور وہ سوتے تھے،

as for those who disbelieve, and obstruct the way of god and the holy mosque which we have set down for all men, the native and the visitor alike. whoever puts obstructions in this mischievously will taste of painful punishment.
بیشک جن لوگوں نے کفر اختیار کیا اور لوگوں کو اللہ کے راستے اور مسجد الحرام سے روکتے ہیں جسے ہم نے تمام انسانوں کے لئے برابر سے قرار دیا ہے چاہے وہ مقامی ہوں یا باہر والے اور جو بھی اس مسجد میں ظلم کے ساتھ الحاد کا ارادہ کرے گا ہم اسے دردناک عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے

as to those who have rejected (allah), and would keep back (men) from the way of allah, and from the sacred mosque, which we have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will we cause to taste of a most grievous penalty.
بیشک جن لوگوں نے کفر اختیار کیا اور لوگوں کو اللہ کے راستے اور مسجد الحرام سے روکتے ہیں جسے ہم نے تمام انسانوں کے لئے برابر سے قرار دیا ہے چاہے وہ مقامی ہوں یا باہر والے اور جو بھی اس مسجد میں ظلم کے ساتھ الحاد کا ارادہ کرے گا ہم اسے دردناک عذاب کا مزہ چکھائیں گے
