ܒܗܝܡܢܘܬܐ ܕܡܕܡ ܕܥܬܝܕ ܗܘܐ ܒܪܟ ܐܝܤܚܩ ܠܝܥܩܘܒ ܘܠܥܤܘ

now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, i would not have you ignorant.
ܥܠ ܪܘܚܢܝܬܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܚܝ ܨܒܐ ܐܢܐ ܕܬܕܥܘܢ

this is a great mystery: but i speak concerning christ and the church.
ܗܢܐ ܐܪܙܐ ܪܒ ܗܘ ܐܢܐ ܕܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܐܢܐ ܥܠ ܡܫܝܚܐ ܘܥܠ ܥܕܬܗ

and many of the jews came to martha and mary, to comfort them concerning their brother.
ܘܤܓܝܐܐ ܡܢ ܝܗܘܕܝܐ ܐܬܝܐܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܠܘܬ ܡܪܬܐ ܘܡܪܝܡ ܕܢܡܠܘܢ ܒܠܒܗܝܢ ܡܛܠ ܐܚܘܗܝܢ

and when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
ܟܕ ܕܝܢ ܥܠ ܝܫܘܥ ܠܒܝܬܐ ܡܢ ܟܢܫܐ ܫܐܠܘܗܝ ܬܠܡܝܕܘܗܝ ܥܠ ܡܬܠܐ ܗܘ

but if ye inquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly.
ܘܐܢ ܗܘ ܕܡܕܡ ܐܚܪܝܢ ܒܥܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܒܕܘܟܬܐ ܕܝܗܝܒܐ ܡܢ ܢܡܘܤܐ ܠܟܢܘܫܝܐ ܡܫܬܪܐ

and beginning at moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
ܘܫܪܝ ܗܘܐ ܡܢ ܡܘܫܐ ܘܡܢ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܢܒܝܐ ܘܡܦܫܩ ܗܘܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܥܠ ܢܦܫܗ ܡܢ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܟܬܒܐ

for it is evident that our lord sprang out of juda; of which tribe moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.
ܓܠܝܐ ܗܝ ܓܝܪ ܕܡܢ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܕܢܚ ܡܪܢ ܡܢ ܫܪܒܬܐ ܕܠܐ ܐܡܪ ܥܠܝܗ ܡܘܫܐ ܡܕv ܥܠ ܟܘܡܪܘܬܐ

and he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of god.

and as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, i will give you the sure mercies of david.
ܘܗܟܢܐ ܐܩܝܡܗ ܐܠܗܐ ܡܢ ܒܝܬ ܡܝܬܐ ܕܬܘܒ ܠܐ ܢܗܦܘܟ ܢܚܙܐ ܚܒܠܐ ܐܝܟ ܕܐܡܪ ܕܐܬܠ ܠܟܘܢ ܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܕܕܘܝܕ ܡܗܝܡܢܬܐ

and after certain days, when felix came with his wife drusilla, which was a jewess, he sent for paul, and heard him concerning the faith in christ.

men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the holy ghost by the mouth of david spake before concerning judas, which was guide to them that took jesus.
ܓܒܪܐ ܐܚܝܢ ܙܕܩ ܗܘܐ ܕܢܬܡܠܐ ܟܬܒܐ ܐܝܢܐ ܕܩܕܡ ܐܡܪ ܪܘܚܐ ܕܩܘܕܫܐ ܒܦܘܡܗ ܕܕܘܝܕ ܥܠ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܗܘ ܕܗܘܐ ܡܕܒܪܢܐ ܠܗܢܘܢ ܕܐܚܕܘ ܠܝܫܘܥ

and he said unto them, what things? and they said unto him, concerning jesus of nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before god and all the people:
ܐܡܪ ܠܗܘܢ ܡܢܐ ܐܡܪܝܢ ܠܗ ܥܠ ܝܫܘܥ ܗܘ ܕܡܢ ܢܨܪܬ ܓܒܪܐ ܕܗܘܐ ܢܒܝܐ ܘܚܝܠܬܢ ܗܘܐ ܒܡܠܬܐ ܘܒܥܒܕܐ ܩܕܡ ܐܠܗܐ ܘܩܕܡ ܟܘܠܗ ܥܡܐ

and there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, he is a good man: others said, nay; but he deceiveth the people.
ܘܪܛܢܐ ܤܓܝܐܐ ܡܛܠܬܗ ܐܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܒܟܢܫܐ ܐܝܬ ܗܘܘ ܓܝܪ ܕܐܡܪܝܢ ܕܛܒ ܗܘ ܘܐܚܪܢܐ ܐܡܪܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܠܐ ܐܠܐ ܡܛܥܐ ܠܥܡܐ

now therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would inquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him.
ܘܗܫܐ ܒܥܘ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܘܪܫܐ ܕܟܢܘܫܬܐ ܡܢ ܟܠܝܪܟܐ ܕܢܝܬܝܘܗܝ ܠܘܬܟܘܢ ܐܝܟ ܒܥܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܕܬܒܨܘܢ ܫܪܝܪܐܝܬ ܤܘܥܪܢܗ ܘܚܢܢ ܡܛܝܒܝܢܢ ܕܢܩܛܠܝܘܗܝ ܥܕܠܐ ܢܡܛܐ ܠܘܬܟܘܢ

and he said unto them, these are the words which i spake unto you, while i was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
ܘܐܡܪ ܠܗܘܢ ܗܠܝܢ ܐܢܝܢ ܡܠܐ ܕܡܠܠܬ ܥܡܟܘܢ ܟܕ ܠܘܬܟܘܢ ܗܘܝܬ ܕܘܠܐ ܗܘ ܕܢܫܬܠܡ ܟܠ ܡܕܡ ܕܟܬܝܒ ܒܢܡܘܤܐ ܕܡܘܫܐ ܘܒܢܒܝܐ ܘܒܡܙܡܘܪܐ ܥܠܝ
