and we sent down out of heaven water in measure and lodged it in the earth; and we are able to take it away.

and we sent down water from the sky in proper quantity, and settled it in the ground, and we are able to take it away.

and we have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. and indeed, we are able to take it away.

and we sent down from the heaven water in measure, and we caused it to settle in the earth; and verily to take it away we are able.

உங்கள் நிலைமையை நான் உணர்கிறேன், ஆனால் நிலையான கொள்கையின்படி இந்த முறை ரத்துக் கட்டணங்களை எங்களால் மாற்ற முடியாது

and of men is he who takes instead frivolous discourse to lead astray from allah's path without knowledge, and to take it for a mockery; these shall have an abasing chastisement.
(இவர்கள் தவிர) மனிதர்களில் சிலர் இருக்கின்றார்கள் - அவர்கள் அறிவில்லாமல் வீணான பேச்சக்களை விலைக்கு வாங்கி, (அவற்றால் மக்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையிலிருந்து வழி கெடுக்கவும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையைப் பரிகாசமாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் (முயல்கிறார்கள்) இத்தகையோருக்கு இழிவுதரும் வேதனையுண்டு.

and if allah touch you with affliction, there is none to take it off but he; and if he visit you with good, then he has power over all things.
"(நபியே!) அல்லாஹ் உமக்கு ஏதாவதொரு துன்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்திவிட்டால் அவனைத் தவிர (வேறு யாரும்) அதை நீக்க முடியாது. இன்னும் அவன் ஒரு நன்மையை உண்டாக்கிவிட்டால், (அதை எவரும் தடுக்க முடியாது.) அவன் எல்லாப் பொருட்கள் மீதும் பேராற்றலுடையவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

and we sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and we gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, we are able to take it away.

some men there are who buy diverting talk to lead astray from the way of god without knowledge, and to take it in mockery; those -- there awaits them a humbling chastisement.
(இவர்கள் தவிர) மனிதர்களில் சிலர் இருக்கின்றார்கள் - அவர்கள் அறிவில்லாமல் வீணான பேச்சக்களை விலைக்கு வாங்கி, (அவற்றால் மக்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையிலிருந்து வழி கெடுக்கவும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையைப் பரிகாசமாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் (முயல்கிறார்கள்) இத்தகையோருக்கு இழிவுதரும் வேதனையுண்டு.

if you want to take another wife in place of the one you are married to, then even if you have given her a talent of gold, do not take back a thing. would you take it away by slandering and using unjust means?
நீங்கள் ஒரு மனைவி(யை விலக்கி விட்டு அவளு)க்கு பதிலாக மற்றொரு மனைவியை (மணந்து கொள்ள) நாடினால், முந்தைய மனைவிக்கு ஒரு பொருட்குவியலையே கொடுத்திருந்த போதிலும், அதிலிருந்து எதையும் (திரும்ப) எடுத்துக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள் - அபாண்டமாகவும், பகிரங்கமாகப் பாவகரமாகவும், அதனை நீங்கள் (திரும்பி) எடுக்கிறீர்களா?

but if ye decide to take one wife in place of another, even if ye had given the latter a whole treasure for dower, take not the least bit of it back: would ye take it by slander and manifest wrong?

and if you decide to dispense with a wife in order to take another, do not take away anything of what you might have given the first one, even if you had given her a heap of gold. would you take it back by slandering her and committing a manifest wrong?

complaint letter from n.subramanian, s/o nachimuthu gounder, 2/319,nallagounder thottam, vavipalayam (post), perumanallur (via), vavipalayam, tirupur-641666. to the tamilnadu information commissioner, state information commission, no.2 ,theayagaraya salai, near aalai amman koil,teynampet, chennai-600018. subject : complaint petition as there is no response for my questions under right to information act 2005 – regarding. note 1 : copy of first application applied on 19.02.2015 under sec 7(1) of right to information act 2005. note 2 : copy of first appeal application applied on 27.03.2015 under sec 7(1) of right to information act 2005. note 3 : copy of response letter given by appellate officer as i had received it on 24.04.2015. respected sir, i am resided in the above address.as per note [1] i had applied for getting information from public information officer and as per note [2].so,i had also done first appeal to appellate officer. i had bring to your notice sir,that till date no proper response fpr my application from public information officer and the response given by appellate authority is not satisfied. as per tamilnadu right to information act,there is no proper information provided.therefore i request you sir to provide clearly certified evidence copy for the information i am needed. and i request you sir to take necessary actions on those who may delayed to provide information and also i request you sir to provide compensation under sec 19(8)(b) of right to information act 2005. i also attached the copy of applications provided in the note. appeal argument : this is mainly done inorder to create bad opinion by not providing the known information. appellant request : requesting relief as per the tamilnadu information commission,s judgement and based on evident copy. thanking you, signature n.subramanian no.of.attached copies : date : place : 02101032636
