and my success is not but through allah.

legislation is not but for allah.
Ҳукм ҷуз ҳукми Худо нест.

Ин сухан фақат он чизест, ки ба ӯ ваҳй мешавад.

so that is not but a single shout.
Фақат ин аст, ки танҳо як бонг бармеояд.

and say, "this is not but obvious magic.
Ва мегӯянд: «Ин чизе ғайри ҷодуи ошкор нест,

and this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement.
Зиндагонии ин дунё лаҳву лаъаб (бозӣ) аст.

it is not but a message and a clear qur'an
Он чӣ ба ӯ омухтаем, панду Қуръоне равшангар аст,

and mention of the fire is not but a reminder to humanity.
Ва ин сухан фақат панде аз барои мардум аст.

whereas it is not but an advice to the entire creation!
ва ҳол он ки Қуръон барои ҷаҳониён фақат панде аст!

and o my people, i ask not of you for it any wealth. my reward is not but from allah.

and, o my people, i ask not of you any riches therefor; my hire is not but with allah.

and the command for the hour is not but as a glance of the eye or even nearer.
Ва фаро расидани қиёмат танҳо як чашм бар ҳам задан ё наздиктар аз он аст.

"there is not but our first death, and we will not be resurrected.
«Поёни кор ҷуз ҳамин марги нахустин нест ва мо дигар бор зинда намешавем.

he is not but a man possessed with madness, so wait concerning him for a time."
Ӯ марди девонае беш нест. Якчанд муддат бар ӯ сабр кунед». (то маргаш фаро расад).

and the supplication of the disbelievers is not but in error [i.e. futility].
Ва дуъои кофирон ҷуз ба гумроҳӣ нест!

and the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the hereafter is best for those who fear allah, so will you not reason?
Ва зиндагии дунё чизе ҷуз бозичаву лаҳв нест ва парҳезгоронро сарои охират беҳтар аст. Оё ба ақл намеёбед?

and those who disbelieve say of the truth when it has come to them, "this is not but obvious magic."
Ва касоне, ки ба Худо кофир шуда буданд, чун сухани ҳақ бар онҳо нозил шуд, гуфтанд: «Ин чизе ғайри ҷодуе ошкор нест!»

we have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples."
Ба мо ва падаронамон низ пеш аз ин чунин ваъ- даҳое дода шуда буд. Инҳо чизе ҷуз афсонаҳои пе- шиниён нест!»

and they say, "there is not but our worldly life; we die and live, and nothing destroys us except time."
Ва гуфтанд: «Ҷуз зиндагии дунявии мо ҳеҷ нест. Мемирему зинда мешавем ва моро ғайри даҳр ҳалок накунад».

and endure them patiently; and thy patience is not but from allah; and grieve not over them, and be not thou in straitness because of that which they plot.
Сабр кун, ки сабри ту бе тавфиқи Худо нест ва барояшон ғамгин мабош ва аз макрашон дилтангӣ накун,
