unto him thou payest regard .
አንተ ለእርሱ ( ለእምነቱ በመጓጓት ) በፈገግታ ትቀበለዋለህ ፡ ፡

how can you regard this discourse with disdain ?
በዚህ ንግግር እናንተ ቸልተኞች ናችሁን ?

and those who keep proper regard for their trusts and their pledges .
እነዚያም እነርሱ ለአደራዎቻቸውና ለቃል ኪዳናቸው ጠባቂዎች ፡ ፡

they have no regard for kinship or treaties with believers , for they are transgressors .
በምእምን ነገር ዝምድናንም ኪዳንንም አይጠብቁም ፤ እነዚያም እነሱ ወሰን አላፊዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
ከብዙ ዘመንም ጀምሮ በጥንቈላ ስላስገረማቸው ያደምጡት ነበር።

and they disbelieved in it before , and they utter conjectures with regard to the unseen from a distant place .
በፊትም በእርሱ በእርግጥ ክደዋል ፡ ፡ ከሩቅ ስፍራም በግምት ንግግርን ይጥላሉ ፡ ፡

and they sold him for a mean price : a few dirhams numbered and they were in regard to him of the indifferent .
በርካሽ ዋጋም በሚቆጠሩ ዲርሃሞች ሸጡት ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ከቸልተኞቹ ነበሩ ፡ ፡

save in regard to their spouses and those whom their right hands own : so they are not blameworthy-
በሚስቶቻቸው ወይም እጆቻቸው በያዟቸው ( ባሪያዎች ) ላይ ሲቀር ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( በነዚህ ) የማይወቀሱ ናቸውና ፡ ፡

except in regard to their spouses and those whom their right hands possess , for in regard to them they are not reproachable ,
በሚስቶቻቸው ወይም እጆቻቸው በያዙዋቸው ( ባሪያዎች ) ላይ ሲቀር ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( በእነዚህ ) የማይወቀሱ ናቸውና ፡ ፡

is my tribe more formidable in your sight than allah , to whom you pay no regard ? indeed my lord comprehends whatever you do .
« ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! ጎሳዎቼ በእናንተ ላይ ከአላህ ይልቅ የከበሩ ናቸውን ( አላህን ) ከኋላችሁ ወደ ጀርባ አድርጋችሁም ያዛችሁት ፡ ፡ ጌታዬ በምትሠሩት ሁሉ ከባቢ ነው » አላቸው ፡ ፡

say , ‘ everyone acts according to his character . your lord knows best who is better guided with regard to the way . ’
« ሁሉም በሚመስለው መንገዱ ላይ ይሠራል ፡ ፡ ጌታችሁም እርሱ መንገዱ ቀጥተኛ የኾነውን ሰው ዐዋቂ ነው በላቸው ፡ ፡

and how many of the generations did we destroy after nuh ! and your lord is sufficient as knowing and seeing with regard to his servants ' faults .
ከኑሕም በኋላ ከክፍለ ዘመናት ሰዎች ያጠፋናቸው ብዙዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡ የባሮቹንም ኃጢኣቶች ውስጠ ዐዋቂ ተመልካች መኾን በጌታህ በቃ ፡ ፡

( this is our ) course with regard to those of our apostles whom we sent before you , and you shall not find a change in our course .
ከመልክተኞቻችን ካንተ በፊት በእርግጥ እንደላክናቸው ሰዎች ልማድ ብጤ ( ይጠፉ ነበር ) ፡ ፡ ለልማዳችንም መለወጥን አታገኝም ፡ ፡

and when we let mankind taste of mercy after an adversity hath touched them , forthwith they have a plot with regard to his signs . say thou : allah is swifter in plotting .
ሰዎችንም ካገኛቸው ጉዳት በኋላ እዝነትን ( ዝናብና ምቾትን ) ባቀመስናቸው ጊዜ ወዲያውኑ ለእነሱ በተዓምራቶቻችን ( በማላገጥ ) ተንኮል ይኖራቸዋል ፡ ፡ አላህ ቅጣተ ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡ « መልክተኞቻችን የምትመክሩትን ነገር በእርግጥ ይጽፋሉ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

( now with regard to the spoils the same situation exists as when ) your lord brought you forth from your home in a righteous cause while a party among the believers were much averse to it .
( ይህ በዘረፋ ክፍያ የከፊሉ ሰው መጥላት ) ከምእምናን ከፊሉ የጠሉ ሲኾኑ ጌታህ ከቤትህ በእውነት ላይ ኾነህ እንዳወጣህ ነው ፡ ፡

satan only desires to precipitate enmity and hatred between you in regard to wine and arrow-shuffling , and to bar you from the remembrance of god , and from prayer . will you then desist ?
ሰይጣን የሚፈልገው በሚያሰክር መጠጥና በቁማር በመካከላችሁ ጠብንና ጥላቻን ሊጥል አላህን ከማውሳትና ከስግደትም ሊያግዳችሁ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ታዲያ እናንተ ( ከእነዚህ ) ተከልካዮች ናችሁን ( ተከልከሉ ) ፡ ፡

and among the bedouin arabs there are such as regard whatever they spend ( in the way of allah ) as a fine and wait for some misfortune to befall you . may ill fortune befall them !
ከአዕራቦችም ( በአላህ መንገድ ) የሚወጣውን ( ገንዘብ ) ዕዳ አድርጎ የሚይዝ በእናንተም ላይ የጊዜን መገለባበጥ የሚጠባበቅ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ በእነሱ ላይ ጥፋቱ ይዙርባቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡
