እነዚያም መጽሐፉን የተሰጡት ሰዎች ግልጽ አስረጅ ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንጅ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡

the people of the book were not divided among themselves till after the clear proof had come to them .
እነዚያም መጽሐፉን የተሰጡት ሰዎች ግልጽ አስረጅ ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንጅ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡

and do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them . and those will have a great punishment .
እንደነዚያም ግልጽ ተዓምራት ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንደተለያዩትና እንደ ተጨቃጨቁት አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ለእነርሱ ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

then they took the calf for worship , even after the clear proofs had come to them . yet we pardoned that , and we gave moses a clear authority .
የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች በነሱ ላይ ከሰማይ መጽሐፍን እንድታወርድ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም የከበደን ( ነገር ) ሙሳን በእርግጥ ጠይቀዋል ፡ ፡ « አላህንም በግልጽ አሳየን » ብለዋል ፡ ፡ በበደላቸውም መብረቅ ያዘቻቸው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ተዓምራቶች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ ወይፈኑን ( አምላክ አድርገው ) ያዙ ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይቅር አልን ፡ ፡ ሙሳንም ግልጽ ስልጣንን ሰጠነው ፡ ፡

and be ye not as those who separated and disputed after the clear proofs had come unto them . for such there is an awful doom ,
እንደነዚያም ግልጽ ተዓምራት ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንደተለያዩትና እንደ ተጨቃጨቁት አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ለእነርሱ ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

we settled the children of israel in a blessed land and provided them with pure sustenance . they did not create differences among themselves until after the knowledge had come to them .
የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ምስጉንን ስፍራ በእርግጥ አሰፈርናቸው ፡ ፡ ከመልካም ሲሳዮችም ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀትም ( ቁርኣን ) እስከመጣቸው ድረስ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በትንሣኤ ቀን በመካከላቸው ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

and do not be like those who became divided and disputed after the clear signs had come to them ; and for them is a terrible punishment .
እንደነዚያም ግልጽ ተዓምራት ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንደተለያዩትና እንደ ተጨቃጨቁት አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ለእነርሱ ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

and be not as those who divided and differed among themselves after the clear proofs had come to them . it is they for whom there is an awful torment .
እንደነዚያም ግልጽ ተዓምራት ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንደተለያዩትና እንደ ተጨቃጨቁት አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ለእነርሱ ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

had god wanted , the generations who lived after those messengers would not have fought each other after the authority had come to them . but they differed among themselves , some of them believed in the authority and others denied it .
እነዚህን መልክተኞች ከፊላቸውን በከፊሉ ላይ አበለጥን ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱ ውስጥ አላህ ያነጋገረው አልለ ፡ ፡ ከፊሎቻቸውንም በደረጃዎች ከፍ አደረገ ፡ ፡ የመርየምን ልጅ ዒሳንም ግልጽ ታምራቶችን ሰጠነው ፡ ፡ በቅዱሱ መንፈስም አበረታነው ፡ ፡ አላህም በሻ ኖሮ እነዚያ ከእነርሱ ( ከመልክተኞቹ ) በኋላ የነበሩት ግልጽ ታምራቶች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ ባልተጋደሉ ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን ተለያዩ ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም ውስጥ ያመነ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ከነርሱም ውስጥ የካደ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ አላህም በሻ ኖሮ ባልተዋጉ ( ባልተለያዩ ) ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ የሚሻውን ይሠራል ፡ ፡

and they differed not except after the knowledge had come unto them , through spite among themselves . verily thy lord will decide between them on the day of judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing .
ከትዕዛዝም ግልጾችን ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀቱም ከመጣላቸው በኋላ በመካከላቸው ለምቀኝነት እንጅ ለሌላ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በትንሣኤ ቀን በዚያ በእርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በመካከላቸው በእርግጥ ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

verily the religion with allah is islam and those who were vouchsafed the book differed not save after the knowledge had come unto them , out of spite among themselves . and whosoever disbelieveth in the revelations of allah , then verily allah swift at reckoning .
አላህ ዘንድ ( የተወደደ ) ሃይማኖት ኢስላም ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እነዚያም መጽሐፉን የተሰጡት ሰዎች በመካከላቸው ላለው ምቀኝነት ዕውቀቱ ከመጣላቸው በኋላ እንጅ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ በአላህም አንቀጾች የሚክድ አላህ ምርመራው ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡

and he sent down with them the scripture , with the truth , to judge between people regarding their differences . but none differed over it except those who were given it — after the proofs had come to them — out of mutual envy between them .
ሰዎቹ ሁሉ አንድ ሕዝብ ነበሩ ፤ ( ተለያዩ ) ፡ ፡ አላህም ነቢያትን አብሳሪዎችና አስፈራሪዎች አድርጎ ላከ ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም ጋር መጻሕፍትን በሰዎቹ መካከል በዚያ በርሱ በተለያዩበት ነገር ይፈርድ ዘንድ በእውነት አወረደ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ( በሃይማኖት ) ግልጽ አስረጂዎች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ በመካከላቸው ለኾነው ምቀኝነት እነዚያው የተሰጡት እንጂ አልተለያዩበትም ፡ ፡ አላህም እነዚያን ያመኑትን ሰዎች ለእዚያ ከእውነት በርሱ ለተለያዩበት በፍቃዱ መራቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም የሚሻውን ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ ይመራል ፡ ፡

and indeed we provided the descendants of israel a place of honour , and bestowed good sustenance to them ; and they did not fall into dispute except after the knowledge had come to them ; indeed your lord will judge between them on the day of resurrection concerning the matters in which they used to differ .
የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ምስጉንን ስፍራ በእርግጥ አሰፈርናቸው ፡ ፡ ከመልካም ሲሳዮችም ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀትም ( ቁርኣን ) እስከመጣቸው ድረስ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በትንሣኤ ቀን በመካከላቸው ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

certainly we settled the children of israel in a worthy settlement and we provided them with all the good things , and they did not differ until [ after ] the knowledge had come to them . your lord will indeed judge between them on the day of resurrection concerning that about which they used to differ .
የእስራኤልንም ልጆች ምስጉንን ስፍራ በእርግጥ አሰፈርናቸው ፡ ፡ ከመልካም ሲሳዮችም ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀትም ( ቁርኣን ) እስከመጣቸው ድረስ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በትንሣኤ ቀን በመካከላቸው ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

of moses they asked greater than that , they said to him : ' show us allah openly ' and a thunderbolt took them for their evil doing . then they took to themselves the calf , after the clear proofs had come to them , yet we forgave that and we gave moses clear authority .
የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች በነሱ ላይ ከሰማይ መጽሐፍን እንድታወርድ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም የከበደን ( ነገር ) ሙሳን በእርግጥ ጠይቀዋል ፡ ፡ « አላህንም በግልጽ አሳየን » ብለዋል ፡ ፡ በበደላቸውም መብረቅ ያዘቻቸው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ተዓምራቶች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ ወይፈኑን ( አምላክ አድርገው ) ያዙ ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይቅር አልን ፡ ፡ ሙሳንም ግልጽ ስልጣንን ሰጠነው ፡ ፡

and they did not cause divisions except after the knowledge had come to them , because of jealousy among themselves ; and were it not for a word that had already gone forth from your lord , the judgement would have been passed upon them long ago ; and indeed those who inherited the book after them are in an intriguing doubt regarding it .
( የሃይማኖት ሰዎች ) ዕውቀቱም ከመጣላቸው በኋላ በመካከላቸው ለምቀኝነት እንጅ ለሌላ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ እስከ ተወሰነም ጊዜ ( በማቆየት ) ከጌታህ ያለፈች ቃል ባልነበረች ኖሮ በእነርሱ መካከል ( አሁን ) በተፈረደ ነበር ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ከኋላቸው መጽሐፉን እንዲወርሱ የተደረጉት ከእርሱ በእርግጥ በአወላዋይ ጥርጣሬ ውስጥ ናቸው ፡ ፡

these are the apostles , some of whom we gave an advantage over others : of them are those to whom allah spoke and some of them he raised in rank , and we gave jesus , son of mary , manifest proofs and strengthened him with the holy spirit . had allah wished , those who succeeded them would not have fought one another after the manifest proofs had come to them .
እነዚህን መልክተኞች ከፊላቸውን በከፊሉ ላይ አበለጥን ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱ ውስጥ አላህ ያነጋገረው አልለ ፡ ፡ ከፊሎቻቸውንም በደረጃዎች ከፍ አደረገ ፡ ፡ የመርየምን ልጅ ዒሳንም ግልጽ ታምራቶችን ሰጠነው ፡ ፡ በቅዱሱ መንፈስም አበረታነው ፡ ፡ አላህም በሻ ኖሮ እነዚያ ከእነርሱ ( ከመልክተኞቹ ) በኋላ የነበሩት ግልጽ ታምራቶች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ ባልተጋደሉ ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን ተለያዩ ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም ውስጥ ያመነ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ከነርሱም ውስጥ የካደ ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ አላህም በሻ ኖሮ ባልተዋጉ ( ባልተለያዩ ) ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ የሚሻውን ይሠራል ፡ ፡

mankind was one community ; thereafter allah raised prophets as bearers of glad tidings and warners , as he sent down the book with truth that he may judge between mankind in that wherein they disputed . and none differed therein save those unto whom it was vouchsafed after the evidences had come to them , out of spite among themselves ; then allah guided those who believed unto the truth of that regarding which they differed , by his leave .
ሰዎቹ ሁሉ አንድ ሕዝብ ነበሩ ፤ ( ተለያዩ ) ፡ ፡ አላህም ነቢያትን አብሳሪዎችና አስፈራሪዎች አድርጎ ላከ ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም ጋር መጻሕፍትን በሰዎቹ መካከል በዚያ በርሱ በተለያዩበት ነገር ይፈርድ ዘንድ በእውነት አወረደ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ( በሃይማኖት ) ግልጽ አስረጂዎች ከመጡላቸው በኋላ በመካከላቸው ለኾነው ምቀኝነት እነዚያው የተሰጡት እንጂ አልተለያዩበትም ፡ ፡ አላህም እነዚያን ያመኑትን ሰዎች ለእዚያ ከእውነት በርሱ ለተለያዩበት በፍቃዱ መራቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም የሚሻውን ሰው ወደ ቀጥተኛው መንገድ ይመራል ፡ ፡

" enter then the fire , " will god say , " with the past generations of jinns and men . " on entering each batch will condemn the other ; and when all of them shall have entered one after the other , the last to come will say of those who had come before them : " o our lord , they are the ones who led us astray ; so give them double chastisement in the fire . "
« ከጋኔንም ከሰውም ከእናንተ በፊት በእርግጥ ካለፉት ሕዝቦች ጋር ኾናችሁ እሳት ውስጥ ግቡ » ይላቸዋል ፡ ፡ አንዲቱ ሕዝብ ወደ እሳት በገባች ቁጥር ( ያሳሳተቻትን ) ብጤዋን ትረግማለች ፡ ፡ መላውም በውስጧ ተሰብስበው በተገናኙም ጊዜ የኋለኛይቱ ለመጀመሪያይቱ ( ተከታዮች ለአስከታዮች ) « ጌታችን ሆይ ! እነዚህ አሳሳቱን ፡ ፡ ከእሳትም ስቃይ እጥፍን ስጣቸው » ትላለች ፡ ፡ ( አላህም ) ፡ - ለሁሉም እጥፍ አለው ግን አታውቁም ይላቸዋል ፡ ፡
