for ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the jews' religion, how that beyond measure i persecuted the church of god, and wasted it:
kay kamo nakadungog na mahitungod sa akong kinabuhi kanhi diha sa tinoohan sa mga judio, kon giunsa ka sa paglutos ang iglesia sa dios sa hilabihan gayud, ug giunsa ko pagpaningkamot sa paglaglag niini;

among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
sa ilang taliwala kitang tanan nanagkinabuhi kaniadto diha sa mga pangibog sa atong unod, nga mga matinumanon sa mga pangandoy sa lawas ug sa hunahuna, ug busa sa kinaiya mga tawong gikaligotgotan sa dios sama sa ubang mga tawo.
