the committe shall elect, for a three-year duration, one chairman and two vice-chairmen.
výbor si zvolí na dobu tří let jednoho předsedu a dva místopředsedy.

whereas the measures provided for in this regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the management committe for oils and fats,has adopted this regulation:
vzhledem k tomu, že Španělsko požádalo o povolení pozastavit ukládání cla na slunečnicová semena dovážená z třetích zemí k 1. lednu 1992

v souladu s postupem stanoveným komisí a s co nejvyšším ohledem na stanovisko technického výboru zašle zvláštní služba každého členského státu zvláštním službám ostatních členských států a evropskému koordinačnímu úřadu informace o životních a pracovních podmínkách a o stavu trhu práce, které mohou pracovníkům z jiných členských států poskytovat přehled.

whereas the measures provided for in this regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the ad hoc committe instituted by regulation (euratom) no 3954/87,
vzhledem k tomu, že opatření tohoto nařízení jsou v souladu se stanoviskem výboru ad hoc zřízeného nařízením (euratom) č. 3954/87,

this decision shall enter into force on 31 october 1998, provided that all the notifications under article 103(1) of the agreement have been made to the eea joint committe.
toto rozhodnutí vstupuje v platnost dnem 31. října 1998 za předpokladu, že smíšenému výboru ehp jsou učiněna veškerá oznámení podle čl. 103 odst. 1 dohody.

the committe shall elect, for a three-year duration, one chairman and two vice-chairmen. the election shall take place by a majority of two thirds of the members present.
výbor si zvolí na dobu tří let jednoho předsedu a dva místopředsedy. ke zvolení je třeba dvoutřetinové většiny přítomných členů.

this decision shall enter into force on 1 february 2001, provided that all the notifications under article 103(1) of the agreement have been made to the eea joint committe(3).
toto rozhodnutí vstupuje v platnost dnem 1. února 2001 za předpokladu, že smíšenému výboru ehp jsou učiněna veškerá oznámení podle čl. 103 odst. 1 dohody [3].
