dokazano je da biosinteza aflatoksina i njihov odnos primarno ovise o temperaturi uzgoja . biomasa mješovite kulture a . parasiticus i t. roseum nakon 28 dana uzgoja reducira iznos aflatoksina b1 za 15- 40 % i aflatoksina g1 za 25- 60 % u odnosu na maksimalno dobivene vrijednosti u procesu biosinteze . smanjenje koncentracije oba toksina izrazitije je u supstratu s višom početnom količinom vode i pri višoj temperaturi uzgoja .
