and thou (o muhammad) wast not a reader of any scripture before it, nor didst thou write it with thy right hand, for then might those have doubted, who follow falsehood.
އަދި އޭގެކުރިން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއްވެސް ފޮތެއް ކިޔަވައިވިދާޅުވެއެއް ނޫޅުއްވަމުއެވެ. އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަތްޕުޅުން އެއްވެސް ފޮތެއް ނުލިޔުއްވަމުއެވެ. އެކަން އެހެންވީނަމަ، كافر ން شك ކުރީހެވެ.

and do thou (o reader!) bring thy lord to remembrance in thy (very) soul, with humility and in reverence, without loudness in words, in the mornings and evenings; and be not thou of those who are unheedful.
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅުން ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! މަޑުމޮޅިވެ، ބިރުވެތިވާ حال ގައެވެ. ބަސްބުނުމުގެ ތެރެއިން އަޑުހަރުކުރުމަށްވުރެ މަޑުންނެވެ. ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރުގެ ވަގުތު ތަކުގައެވެ. އަދި غافل ވެގެންވާ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވެވަޑައިނުގަންނަވާށެވެ!
