wherein are all the right ordinances.
ސީދާވެގެންވާ حكم ތައް، އެ ފަތްފުށްތަކުގައި ވެއެވެ.

and if they deny you - then already have those before them denied. their messengers came to them with clear proofs and written ordinances and with the enlightening scripture.
އަދި އެއުރެން ކަލޭގެފާނު ދޮގުކުރާނަމަ، ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ކުރީގެ މީހުންވެސް ހަމަކަށަވަރުން (رسول ން) ދޮގުކުޅައޫއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ ގާތަށް އެއުރެންގެ رسول ން ވަޑައިގަތީ، ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ހެކިތަކާއި، ލިޔުއްވާފައިވާ ފޮތްތަކާއި، އަލިކުރަނިވި ފޮތާއިގެންނެވެ.

the dwellers of the desert are the hardest in infidelity and hypocrisy and likeliest not to know the ordinances of that which allah hath sent down unto his apostle. and allah is knowing, wise.
كافر ކަމާއި، منافق ކަމުގައި أعرابى ން މާހަރުކަށިކަން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާއަށް ބާވައިލެއްވި ތަކެތީގެ އިންތައް ނޭނގުން أولى ކަން ބޮޑެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ، حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

apart from this, whoever respects the sacred ordinances of god, will find a better reward for him with his lord. you are allowed to eat all cattle except those already mentioned to you.
(ކަންހުރިމަގީ) އެއީއެވެ. އަދި اللَّه ގެ حرمة ތަކަށް މާތްކޮށްހިތާ މީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހަކަށްޓަކައި އެކަންތައް އެމީހެއްގެ ވެރި ރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް نعم ސޫފި حلال ކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. (قرآن ގައި ނަންގަނެވި) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ކިޔައިދެއްވާ ތަކެތި މެނުވީއެވެ. ފަހެ (އަޅުކަންކުރެވޭ) ބުދުތަކުގެ ނުތާހިރުކަމުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދުރުހެލިވާށެވެ! އަދި ދޮގު ހެކިބަސް ބުނުމުން ދުރުހެލިވާށެވެ!

[we sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. and we revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.
(ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ رسول ން ފޮނުއްވީ) ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ ހެކިތަކާއި، ފޮތްތަކާއިގެންނެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، ކަލޭގެފާނަށް قرآن ބާވައިލެއްވީ، އެއުރެންނަށް ބާވައިލެއްވި ތަކެތި، މީސްތަކުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ބަޔާންކޮށް ދެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ފިކުރުކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

allah doth wish to make clear to you and to show you the ordinances of those before you; and (he doth wish to) turn to you (in mercy): and allah is all-knowing, all-wise.
اللَّه އިރާދަކުރައްވަނީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް (مصلحة ހުރިގޮތް) بيان ކޮށްދެއްވުމަށެވެ. އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކުރިން އުޅުނު (ރަނގަޅު) މީހުންގެ މަގުތަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް މަގުދެއްކެވުމަށެވެ. އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލެއްވުމަށެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
