the invention relates to a new pharmacotherapeutical strategy, to an anti-stress, anti-impairment and anti-aging drug and to a process for its manufacturing. the drug has an etio-pathogenic and homeostatic action, was preclinically tested and clinically checked up in geriatric, neurologic, psychiatric and stress-dependent pathology. the drug achieves a synergistic biological, neurometabolic and cell-trophic composition, being elaborated by the association of the following active principles: a) against oxidative and catabolic stress: methionine with aminoethanol phenoxyacetates and/or aminoethyl phenoxyacetamides; b) against anabolic stress: hydrooxopyrimidine carboxylates and/or oxopyrrolidine acetamides with potassium, zinc and lithium; c) vasodilative and normolipidemic: nicotinic, alcohol and/or acid, or its derivatives, with magnesium and iodine; d) energo-active and e) anti-toxic: aspartate; fructose; vitamin b1; vitamin b6; monoacid phosphate and sulfate. the process for manufacturing the drug stipulates: a) pharmaceutical preparation in two complementary types of capsules or coated tablets, gastrosoluble and enterosoluble, the last being enteric coated; b) prolonged-release of vasodilator from the enterosoluble unit.
l'invention concerne une nouvelle stratégie pharmacothérapeutique, un médicament anti-stress, anti-déficience et anti-vieillissement ainsi que son procédé de fabrication. ce médicament qui a une action étiopathogène et homéostasique, a été soumis à des tests précliniques et contrôlé cliniquement dans les pathologies gériatrique, neurologique, psychiatrique et du stress. ce médicament présente une composition synergique biologique, neurométabolique et cytotrophique élaborée grâce à l'association des principes actifs suivants: a) contre le stress oxydatif et catabolique: méthionine avec phénoxyacétates d'aminoéthanol et/ou phénoxyacétamides d'aminoéthyle; b) contre le stress anabolisant: carboxylates d'hydrooxopyrimidine et/ou acétamides d'oxopyrrolidine avec potassium, zinc et lithium; c) vasodilatateur et normolipidémiant: alcool et/ou acide nicotinique, ou ses dérivés, avec magnésium et iode; d) énergétique et e) antitoxique: aspartate; fructose; vitamine b1; vitamine b6; sulfate et phosphate de monoacide. le procédé de fabrication du médicament selon l'invention nécessite une préparation pharmaceutique dans deux types complémentaires de capsules ou comprimés enrobés gastrosolubles et entérosolubles, ce dernier étant à délitage entérique; b) une libération prolongée du vasodilatateur par l'unité entérosoluble.
