all that are in the heavens and the earth entreat him.

we inflicted punishment on them, but they humbled not themselves to their lord, nor do they submissively entreat (him)!-
na hakika tuliwatia adhabu kali; lakini hawakuelekea kwa mola wao mlezi wala hawakunyenyekea.

we have already seized them with punishment, yet they did not humble themselves before their lord, nor will they entreat [him for mercy]
