1. closing time: 11:00pm. written prior advice to the oic of the day for coming later than closing time is a must for security reasons. 2. visitors: no visitors are allowed inside the room. direct family members maybe allowed provided they could not in any way disturb other guests. visitors must be entertained at the visitor’s lounge/reception area. 3. cooking: cooking of full meal food should be done in the kitchen but is generally discouraged for safety reasons. 4. smoking: smoking within the premises is absolutely prohibited. 5. drinking: drinking hard drinks or liquor is absolutely prohibited. 6. cleanliness: keep all rooms clean and habitable always. collected trash must be inside plastic bag and deposited, daily or as necessary, into the “waste bin”. 7. silence: all guests are advised to observe tolerable level of noise in order not to disturb other guests. 8. spiritual fellowships: guests are encouraged to attend spiritual fellowships being conducted in the worship hall. discounted rates shall be given to attendees. 9. security: for proper monitoring, everyone is requested to advise the oic of the day of one’s whereabouts specially when going for long period of time or out of town. 10. lights: all lights must be turned off when not in use. 11. appliances: electrical appliances will be charged accordingly. 12. laundry: washing and ironing of clothes should be done only at the laundry area. 13. boarding fee: upon occupancy, the guest must pay advance boarding fee and deposit. deposit is not convertible to boarding fee. 14. complaints: complaints of any nature will be, entertained immediately by the oic of the day. 15. damages: any damage to facilities and/or accessories inside room must be reported immediately to the oic of the day for proper action. 16. graffiti/attachments: all guests are advised not to attach, paste, write, paint, affix and/or nail anything on the wall or any part of the room. please inform the oic of the day for any additional attachments that you may need.
