(5.50 mb) o monitor modules to be installed as per latest (1.78 mb) 3 works completion and toc all along the site evolution, etwall has carried out the required scope of work under the contract agreement and provided standards with a complete receipt of the progress amount of works as per contract agreement following which etwall has requested samsung s1 branch for the toc however with feedbacks leading to a delay in receiving the toc noting that works remaining are snagging works that are to be considered out of the main execution scope of work for which a full progress had been settled. samsung s1 branch has received the toc from main contractor without issuing it back to etwall technology per contract clauses and agreement (back-to-back basis). tadawul-etwall-2102-023-0120 tadawul project - request for toc letter 4 absence of constructive feedbacks. upon the receipt of the toc by samsung s1 branch, non-constructive feedbacks to our requests have taken place: tadawul project was put on hold with the absence of the consultant due to the project handover to the main client etwall has requested the toc for which feedback with snags has been provided noting that the systems concerned had been carried out and approved previously. 5 points of concern approval of variation orders issuance of toc final and clear financial statement provision payment plan
