kementerian kesihatan malaysia menyatakan lebih 30 peratus remaja hari ini mengalami masalah obesiti atau berat badan berlebihan. perkara ini seharusnya menjadi perhatian masyarakat umum terutamanya ibu dan bapa kerana golongan ini terdedah kepada risiko masalah kesihatan, penyakit kroni lain. antaranya ialah kencing manis, darah tinggi dan strok. justeru, setiap daripada kita perlu ada kesedaran dan sentiasa berwaspada agar tidak tergolong dalam golongan yang mengalami masalah obesiti.
the malaysian ministry of health has stated that more than 30 percent of teenagers today suffer from obesity or overweight. this matter should be of concern to the general public especially mothers and fathers as this group is exposed to the risk of health problems, other crony diseases. among them are diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke. therefore, each of us needs to have awareness and always be vigilant so as not to belong to the group that has the problem of obesity.

pada pendapat saya tentang artikel ini, setiap daripada kita ada yang menerima dan dapat hidup dengan baik dengan penampilan sendiri. akan tetapi, segelintir daripada kita menafikan dan tidak berasa gembira dengan sebahagian daripada badan kita. hal ini boleh terjadi disebabkan mereka ingin mencapai sesuatu yang mempunyai syarat tertentu di mana tidak melepasi ciri ciri diri mereka. contohnya, untuk menjadi pramugari memerlukan ketinggian yang ideal dan mereka tidak melepasi syarat tersebut kera
in my opinion of this article, each of us has accepted and is able to live well with his own appearance. however, some of us deny and do not feel happy with part of our body. this can happen because they want to achieve something that has certain conditions that do not pass their characteristics. for example, to become a stewardess requires an ideal height and they do not pass the condition.
