„ ( d ) de bab moet aantonen dat de derde gekwalificeerd is en in staat is om de desbetreffende taken te vervullen , dat deze met de nodige zorg is gekozen en dat de bab in staat is om de gedelegeerde werkzaamheden effec ­ tief in het oog te houden , te allen tijde verdere instruc ­ ties aan de derde te geven en de delegatie met onmid ­ dellijke ingang te herroepen indien dit in het belang van de beleggers is en tegelijkertijd delegatieregelin ­ gen vervangen die stroken met artikel 6 , lid 3 ."
« ( d ) the aifm must demonstrate that the third party is qualified and capable of undertaking the functions in question , that it was selected with due care and that the aifm is in a position to monitor effectively at any time the delegated activity , to give at any time further instructions to the third party and to withdraw the delegation with immediate effect when this is in the interest of investors and simultaneously substituting different delegation arrangements that are consistent with article 6 ( 3 ) .'
