producten die door de teler te koop worden uitgestald, te koop aangeboden, verkocht, geleverd, of op enige andere wijze verhandeld in de in het productiegebied gelegen groothandelscentra, met name op de producentenmarkten;
products displayed or offered for sale, sold, delivered or marketed in any other manner by the grower on wholesale markets, in particular on producer markets, situated in the production area;

overwegende dat dit onder meer het geval is voor de produkten die door de teler in de handel worden gebracht in de in het produktiegebied gelegen groothandelscentra en voor de produkten die van deze groothandelscentra naar in hetzelfde produktiegebied gelegen sorteer- en pakstations of bewaarinrichtingen worden verzonden; dat de lid-staten evenwel meer beperkende bepalingen kunnen vaststellen;
whereas this exemption covers products marketed by the grower on wholesale markets situated in the production area and products consigned from wholesale markets to preparation and packing stations or storage stations situated in the same production area; whereas, however, member states may adopt more restrictive national provisions;
