essay about natural resources of nepal essay about natural resources of nepal human beings as well as other living beings need different natural things to live. beings use such things to eat, save, travel or breathe or drink. there are many kinds of natural resources in the world. because of the selfish and inhuman behaviour of son people, many people and animals are suffering from many problem of natural resources like gas and petroleum products. things given by nature for the development of living being are termed as natural resources. water, air, forests, soil, minerals etc are the example of the natural resources. water and air are the basic components of living being's survival, food, clothes, and shelter another important components are naturally made are not made by human beings. nature has bestowed all natural resource in our country. water, the common necessity for the survival of life and very essential for the agriculture development is the main natural resource of our country. nepal has many wide and deep natural rivers flowing down the snow capped himalayas. the rivers namely koshi, karnali mahakali seti, gandaki are swiftly flowing rivers of nepal. however, due to the lack of manpower and financial resources, we have fallen behind to derive all and full advantages from these natural gifts. nepal is country with variety of climate, which has different types of forest depending upon them. there are tropical, sub tropical and alpine forests, which are the great source of timber besides, they give us many advantages in many ways. they help to provide the conditions necessary for the rainfall by providing moisture to atmosphere. but, to provide room for this uncontrolled growth of population they are being cut down day after day besides, forests fires are another cause of revealing thick forests. we should however preserve our forest by planting trees and defending against it. nepal also receives the shares of minerals from the natural distribution. however, nepal is not very rich in minerals. iron is found in different places in nepal. magnesium lead, zinc, limestone etc are also found in nepal. due to lack of technicians, tools and finance many more spots of minerals have yet to be found. nepal is rich in natural resources but due to lack of development and insufficient manpower, machineries, finance and condition of being land-locked is suffering from many problems. if we are able to identify and refine the minerals even from the suspected areas we can utilize these natural resources in the near future. nepal can be independent in petroleum and natural
