یہ وقت بھی گزر جائے گا
this time will also pass

یہ تاریخ ایک حصہ بن جائے گا
it will go down in history

اور جب رسولوں کو وقت مقرره پر ﻻیا جائے گا
and the appointed time to bring the messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass).

اور رات کی جب وہ گزر جائے
and [by] the night when it passes,

آپ کسی وقت بھی آ سکتے ہے۔
you can come at any time.

اور جان لیا اس نے کہ یہ وقت جدائی ہے
(the angels of mercy or the angels of wrath,)" then, he will realize that it is time to leave this world.

اور وہ خیال کرے گا کہ یہ وقت جدائی کا ہے
(the angels of mercy or the angels of wrath,)" then, he will realize that it is time to leave this world.

اور رات کے وقت بھی تسبیح کریں اور نماز کے بعد بھی
and [in part] of the night exalt him and after prostration.

یہ اللہ کی ایک سنّت ہے جو پہلے بھی گزر چکی ہے اور تم اللہ کے طریقہ میں ہرگز کوئی تبدیلی نہیں پاؤ گے
(such has been) the practice (approved) of allah already in the past: no change wilt thou find in the practice (approved) of allah.

بے شک انسان پر زمانے کا ایک ایسا وقت بھی گزر چکا ہے کہ وہ کوئی قابلِ ذِکر چیز ہی نہ تھا،
has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned?

ہم یہ منصوبہ نہیں بنا رہے کہ ایک مرتبہ یہ عالمی وبا گزر جائے تو ہم "کسر پوری کر لیں گے"۔
we do not plan to go “double-time to catch up” once the pandemic has passed.
