the commandment is very clear and it says to the spouses not to deprive one another and should fulfill their marital duty and the reason is not to be tempted by satan because of their lack of self-control.

Не уклоняйтесь друг от друга, разве по согласию, на время, для упражнения в посте и молитве, а потом опять будьте вместе, чтобы не искушал вас сатана невоздержанием вашим.
defraud ye not one the other, except it be by consent for a season, that ye may give yourselves unto prayer, and may be together again, that satan tempt you not because of your incontinency.

Если такие проблемы остаются не решенными, то они ухудшаются и может случиться, что игнорируя их или откладывая на потом, вы подвергнетесь искушению сатаны, который может воспользоваться невоздержанием человека и может втянуть в грех.
these kind of problems when left alone are not resolved but become worse, not to wake up one day and through ignoring this problem and leaving it for later to let satan temp you, satan will profit from our uncontrolled human and will draw you to sin.
