these are the three sons of noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread.

uyabona, ilifa likayehova ngoonyana, umvuzo sisiqhamo sesizalo.
lo, children are an heritage of the lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

but love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

ulabhan waphendula wathi kuyakobi, iintombi ziintombi zam, oonyana ngoonyana bam, impahla emfutshane yimpahla yam, neento zonke ozibonayo zezam. ndinakwenza ntoni na namhla ezintombini zam ezi, nakoonyana azo ezibazeleyo?
and laban answered and said unto jacob, these daughters are my daughters, and these children are my children, and these cattle are my cattle, and all that thou seest is mine: and what can i do this day unto these my daughters, or unto their children which they have born?
