)ج( يقدم اﻹخطار باﻻستئناف في إعﻻن يودع في قلم المحكمة.
(c) notice of appeal shall be filed in a statement to the registrar.

"٤ يجب على ملتمس الحصول على إذن خاص باﻻستئناف أن يقدم:
"4. a petitioner for special leave to appeal shall lodge:

وتنص الﻻئحة على شكل اﻹخطار باﻻستئناف العارض وعلى أي شروط متصلة به.
the supplementary rules shall provide for the form and any related requirements of an interlocutory notice of appeal.

وتنص الﻻئحة التكميلية على شكل اﻹخطار باﻻستئناف العارض وعلى أي شروط متصلة به.

وقد طعن المدعي عليه باﻻستئناف، ثم بالنقض متذرعاً بالمادة ٢١ من العهد.

"٣ )١( ﻻ بد ﻷي طلب التماس للحصول على إذن خاص باﻻستئناف:

وجرت العادة على أن تطلب سلطات السجن من كل سجين يحكم عليه باﻹعدام أن يقدم إشعاراً باﻻستئناف.
as a matter of practice, every prisoner who has been sentenced to death is asked by the prison authorities to file a notice of appeal.

فالفقرة ١ تنص فحسب علـى أن تشكل هيئـة المكتب دائــرة لﻻستئناف بمجـرد تقديــم إخطــار باﻻستئناف.
paragraph 1 merely provides that the bureau shall set up an appeals chamber as soon as notice of appeal has been filed.

وبعد إعادة النظر في القضية، اتفقت محكمة اﻻستئناف مع المحامي ورفضت طلب اﻹذن باﻻستئناف.

)أ( يجوز ﻷي شخص قدم إخطارا باﻻستئناف أن يقدم إلى المسجل في أي وقت إخطارا خطيا بوقف اﻻستئناف.
(a) any party who has filed a notice of appeal may at any time file with the registrar a written notice of discontinuance of appeal.

)ب( يخطر المسجل جميع اﻷطراف التي شاركت في اﻹجراءات أمام الدائرة اﻻبتدائية بتقديم إخطار باﻻستئناف.
(b) the registrar shall notify all parties who participated in the proceedings before the trial chamber that a notice of appeal has been filed.

القاعدة ٨-٧ اﻹذن باﻻستئناف بموجب الفقرة ١ )د( من المادة ٨٢ والفقرة ٢ من المادة ٨٢
rule 8.7. leave to appeal under article 82 (1) (d) and article 82 (2)

وفي ٢٠ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩١، رفضت اللجنة القضائية التابعة لمجلس الملكة الطلب الذي قدمه للحصول على إذن خاص باﻻستئناف.
on 20 february 1991, the judicial committee of the privy council dismissed his petition for special leave to appeal.

)ب( يبلغ المسجل جميع اﻷطراف التي شاركت في اﻹجراءات أمام الدائرة التي أدت إلى إصدار القرار المستأنف بتقديم إخطار باﻻستئناف.
(b) the registrar shall give notice of the appeal to all parties who participated in the proceedings before the chamber which gave the decision which is the subject of the appeal.
