ከኢብራሂም ፍራቻው በሌደለትና ብስራት በመጣችለትም ጊዜ በሉጥ ሕዝቦች ( ነገር ) ይከራከረን ጀመር ፡ ፡

and touch her not with ill lest there come on you the retribution of an awful day .
« በክፉም አትንኳት ፡ ፡ የታላቅ ቀን ቅጣት ይይዛችኋልና ፡ ፡ »

for as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
በምድር ሁሉ ላይ በሚቀመጡ ሁሉ እንደ ወጥመድ ይደርስባቸዋልና።

that the blessing of abraham might come on the gentiles through jesus christ; that we might receive the promise of the spirit through faith.
የመንፈስን ተስፋ በእምነት እንድንቀበል፥ የአብርሃም በረከት ወደ አሕዛብ በኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ይደርስላቸው ዘንድ።

then there comes on them that they were promised ,
ከዚያም ያ ይስፈራሩበት የነበሩት ቢመጣባቸው ፤

are they who plan ill-deeds then secure that allah will not cause the earth to swallow them , or that the doom will not come on them whence they know not ?
እነዚያ መጥፎዎችን የዶለቱ አላህ በእነሱ ምድርን የሚገለብጥባቸው ወይም ከማያውቁት ስፍራ ቅጣት የሚመጣባቸው መኾኑን አይፈሩምን

" and follow the best of ( the courses ) revealed to you from your lord , before the penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not ! -
« እናንተ የማታውቁ ስትኾኑም ቅጣቱ በድንገት ሳይመጣባችሁ በፊት ከጌታችሁ ወደናንተ የተወረደውን መልካሙን ( መጽሐፍ ) ተከተሉ ፡ ፡ »
