« እኔን ከመከተል ትዕዛዜን ጣስክን »

“ that you did not come after me ? so did you disobey my order ? ”
« እኔን ከመከተል ትዕዛዜን ጣስክን »

you did not ( think ) to hide your deeds from your ears , eyes and skin and you felt that god would not know all that you had been doing .
ጆሮዎቻችሁ ዓይኖቻችሁና ቆዳዎቻችሁም በእናንተ ላይ ከመመስከራቸው የምትደበቁ አልነበራችሁም ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ ከምትሠሩት ብዙውን አያውቅም ብላችሁ ጠረጠራችሁ ፡ ፡

he said , “ i have learnt something you did not know . i have come to you from sheba , with reliable information .
( ወፉ ) ዕሩቅ ያልኾነንም ጊዜ ቆዬ ፡ ፡ አለም « ያላወቅከውን ነገር አወቅኩ ፡ ፡ ከሰበእም እርግጠኛን ወሬ አመጣሁልህ ፡ ፡

you did not read any scripture before this , nor did you write it down with your right hand ; otherwise the falsifiers would have doubted .
ከእርሱ በፊትም መጽሐፍን የምታነብ በቀኝህም የምትጽፈው አልነበርክም ፡ ፡ ያን ጊዜ አጥፊዎቹ በእርግጥ በተጠራጠሩ ነበር ፡ ፡

" on the day when he will call you , and you will answer with his praises and imagine you did not tarry but a while . "
( እርሱም ) የሚጠራችሁና ( አላህን ) አመስጋኞቹ ኾናችሁ ጥሪውን የምትቀበሉበት ጥቂትንም ( ቀኖች ) እንጂ ያልቆያችሁ መኾናችሁን የምትጠራጠሩበት ቀን ነው ፤ ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

believers , call to mind allah 's favour to you when enemy hosts invaded you . then we sent against them a wind and hosts that you did not see although allah was observing all that you were then doing .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ብዙ ሰራዊት በመጣችባችሁና በእነርሱ ላይ ነፋስንና ያላያችኋትን ሰራዊት በላክን ጊዜ በእናንተ ላይ ( ያደረገላችሁን ) የአላህን ጸጋ አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ተመልካች ነው ፡ ፡

allah has brought you forth from the bellies of your mothers while you did not know anything . he made for you hearing , eyesight , and hearts so that you may give thanks .
አላህም ከእናቶቻችሁ ሆዶች ምንም የማታውቁ ሆናችሁ አወጣችሁ ፡ ፡ ታመሰግኑም ዘንድ ለእናንተ መስሚያን ማያዎችንም ልቦችንም አደረገላችሁ ፡ ፡

and allah has brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers-- you did not know anything-- and he gave you hearing and sight and hearts that you may give thanks .
አላህም ከእናቶቻችሁ ሆዶች ምንም የማታውቁ ሆናችሁ አወጣችሁ ፡ ፡ ታመሰግኑም ዘንድ ለእናንተ መስሚያን ማያዎችንም ልቦችንም አደረገላችሁ ፡ ፡

and if you are in fear , pray while on foot or while riding , as you can ; when you are in peace remember allah the way he has taught you , which you did not know .
ብትፈሩም እግረኞች ወይም ጋላቢዎች ኾናችሁ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡ ጸጥተኞችም በኾናችሁ ጊዜ ታውቁት ያልነበራችሁትን እንደ አሳወቃችሁ አላህን አውሱ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡

even if you are in danger , you must offer your prayers anyhow on foot or on horseback . and when you have peace again , remember allah in the manner he has taught you , which you did not know before .
ብትፈሩም እግረኞች ወይም ጋላቢዎች ኾናችሁ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡ ጸጥተኞችም በኾናችሁ ጊዜ ታውቁት ያልነበራችሁትን እንደ አሳወቃችሁ አላህን አውሱ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡

if you fear ( war or danger ) , pray while standing or on horseback ; but when you have safety again remember god , for he taught you what you did not know .
ብትፈሩም እግረኞች ወይም ጋላቢዎች ኾናችሁ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡ ጸጥተኞችም በኾናችሁ ጊዜ ታውቁት ያልነበራችሁትን እንደ አሳወቃችሁ አላህን አውሱ ( ስገዱ ) ፡ ፡

" how is it , o iblis , " said ( the lord ) , " you did not join those who bowed in homage ? "
( አላህም ) « ኢብሊስ ሆይ ! ከሰጋጆቹ ጋር የማትኾን ላንተ ምን ምክንያት አለህ » አለው ፡ ፡

and said those who received knowledge and faith , “ you have indeed stayed in the decree of allah until the day of restoration ; so this is the day of restoration , but you did not know . ”
እነዚያንም ዕውቀትንና እምነትን የተሰጡት « በአላህ መጽሐፍ ( ፍርድ ) እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን በእርግጥ ቆያችሁ ፡ ፡ ይህም ( የካዳችሁት ) የትንሣኤ ቀን ነው ፡ ፡ ግን እናንተ የማታውቁ ነበራችሁ » ይሏቸዋል ፡ ፡

( the angel ) said , " this is true , but your lord says , ' for me it is easy ; i created you when you did not exist " .
( ጅብሪል ) አለ « ( ነገሩ ) እንደዚሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ጌታህ ፡ - ከአሁን በፊት ምንም ያልነበርከውን የፈጠርኩህ ስኾን እርሱ በእኔ ላይ ቀላል ነው » አለ ፡ ፡

( allah ) said : " what prevented you ( o iblis ) that you did not prostrate , when i commanded you ? " iblis said : " i am better than him ( adam ) , you created me from fire , and him you created from clay . "
( አላህ ) « ባዘዝኩህ ጊዜ ከመስገድ ምን ከለከለህ » አለው ፡ ፡ « እኔ ከርሱ የበለጥኩ ነኝ ፡ ፡ ከእሳት ፈጠርከኝ ፡ ፡ እርሱን ግን ከጭቃ ፈጠርከው » አለ ፡ ፡
