when you see them , their appearance impresses you . and when they speak , you listen to what they say .
ባየሃቸውም ጊዜ አካሎቻቸው ( ግዙፍነታቸው ) ያስደንቁሃል ፡ ፡ ቢናገሩም ለንግግራቸው ታዳምጣለህ ፤ ( ከዕውቀት ባዶ በመኾን ) ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ልክ በግድግዳ የተጠጉ ግንዶችን ይመስላሉ ፡ ፡ ጩኸትን ሁሉ በእነርሱ ላይ ነው ብለው ያስባሉ ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ጠላቶች ናቸውና ተጠንቀቃቸው ፡ ፡ አላህ ይጋደላቸው ፤ ( ከእምነት ) እንዴት ይመለሳሉ !

how will you comprehend what the startling calamity is ? --
ቆርቋሪይቱም ምን እንደኾነች ምን አሳወቀህ ?

and how will you endure what you have no knowledge of ? ”
« በዕውቀትም በእርሱ ባላዳረስከው ነገር ላይ እንዴት ትታገሳለህ »

if you disbelieve , how will you guard yourself against the day that will make children gray haired ,
ብትክዱ ልጆችን ሸበቶዎች የሚያደርገውን ቀን ( ቅጣት ) እንዴት ትጠበቃላችሁ ፡ ፡

but they did not listen to me , " noah said , " and followed him whose wealth and children only added to his ruin .
ኑሕ አለ ፡ - « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እነሱ አምመጹብኝ ፡ ፡ ገንዘቡና ልጁም ከጥፋት በስተቀር ያልጨመረለትን ሰው ተከተሉ ፡ ፡

and when you look at them , their bodies please you ; and when they speak , you listen to their words . they are as blocks of wood propped up .
ባየሃቸውም ጊዜ አካሎቻቸው ( ግዙፍነታቸው ) ያስደንቁሃል ፡ ፡ ቢናገሩም ለንግግራቸው ታዳምጣለህ ፤ ( ከዕውቀት ባዶ በመኾን ) ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ልክ በግድግዳ የተጠጉ ግንዶችን ይመስላሉ ፡ ፡ ጩኸትን ሁሉ በእነርሱ ላይ ነው ብለው ያስባሉ ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ጠላቶች ናቸውና ተጠንቀቃቸው ፡ ፡ አላህ ይጋደላቸው ፤ ( ከእምነት ) እንዴት ይመለሳሉ !

and how will you take it back whereas you have become unveiled before each other , and they have taken a strong pledge from you ?
ከፊላችሁ ወደ ከፊሉ በእርግጥ የደረሰ ሲኾንና ከእናንተ ላይም ( ሴቶች ) የጠበቀ ኪዳንን የያዙባችሁ ሲኾኑ እንዴት ትወስዱታላችሁ !

if therefore you disbelieve , how will you guard yourselves against a day that shall make the children grey-headed ?
