ሰይጣንም አያግዳችሁ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና ፡ ፡

and verily he is a sign of the hour wherefore dubitate not thereof , and follow me : this is the straight path .
እርሱም ( ዒሳ ) ለሰዓቲቱ ( ማወቂያ ) በእርግጥ ምልክት ነው ፡ ፡ « በእርሷም አትጠራጠሩ ፡ ፡ ተከተሉኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኛ መንገድ ነው » ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and never let satan avert you . indeed , he is to you a clear enemy .
ሰይጣንም አያግዳችሁ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና ፡ ፡

he said : if you would follow me , then do not question me about any thing until i myself speak to you about it
« ብትከተለኝም ለአንተ ከእርሱ ማውሳትን እስከምጀምርልህ ድረስ ከምንም ነገር አትጠይቀኝ » አለው ፡ ፡

he is a portent of the hour , so have no doubt about it , and follow me . this is a straight way .
እርሱም ( ዒሳ ) ለሰዓቲቱ ( ማወቂያ ) በእርግጥ ምልክት ነው ፡ ፡ « በእርሷም አትጠራጠሩ ፡ ፡ ተከተሉኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኛ መንገድ ነው » ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

eat of what is lawful and good on earth , and do not follow the footsteps of satan . he is to you an open enemy .
እናንተ ሰዎች ሆይ ! በምድር ካለው ነገር የተፈቀደ ጣፋጭ ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ የሰይጣንንም እርምጃዎች አትከታተሉ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና ፡ ፡

then we revealed to you : follow the faith of ibrahim , the upright one , and he was not of the polytheists .
ከዚያም ወደ አንተ የኢብራሂምን ሃይማኖት ቀጥተኛ ሲኾን ተከተል ፤ ከአጋሪዎቹም አልነበረም ማለት አወረድን ፡ ፡

children of adam , did i not command you not to serve satan -- he is to you an open enemy
የአደም ልጆች ሆይ ! ሰይጣንን አትገዙ ፤ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና በማለት ወደእናንተ አላዘዝኩምን ?

father , i have received the knowledge which has not been given to you . follow me ; i shall guide you to the right path .
« አባቴ ሆይ ! እኔ ከዕውቀት ያልመጣልህ ነገር በእርግጥ መጥቶልኛልና ተከተለኝ ፡ ፡ ቀጥተኛውን መንገድ እመራሃለሁና ፡ ፡

believers , all of you , enter the peace and do not follow in satan 's footsteps ; he is a clear enemy to you .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ሁላችሁም በመታዘዝ ውስጥ ግቡ ፡ ፡ የሰይጣንንም እርምጃዎች አትከተሉ ፤ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና ፡ ፡

children of adam , did i not make a covenant with you , that you should not worship satan he is surely a clear enemy to you
የአደም ልጆች ሆይ ! ሰይጣንን አትገዙ ፤ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና በማለት ወደእናንተ አላዘዝኩምን ?

[ say , ] ‘ indeed he is a portent of the hour ; so do not doubt it and follow me . this is a straight path .
እርሱም ( ዒሳ ) ለሰዓቲቱ ( ማወቂያ ) በእርግጥ ምልክት ነው ፡ ፡ « በእርሷም አትጠራጠሩ ፡ ፡ ተከተሉኝም ፤ ይህ ቀጥተኛ መንገድ ነው » ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

god says : ' take not to you two gods . he is only one god ; so have awe of me . '
አላህም አለ « ሁለት አማልክትን አትያዙ ፡ ፡ እርሱ አንድ አምላክ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ እኔንም ብቻ ፍሩ ፡ ፡ »

and of the cattle , for burthen and for slaughter , eat of what god has provided you ; and follow not the steps of satan ; he is a manifest foe to you .
ከለማዳ እንስሳዎችም የሚጫኑትንና የማይጫኑትን ( ፈጠረ ) ፡ ፡ አላህ ከሰጣችሁ ሲሳይ ብሉ ፡ ፡ የሰይጣንንም እርምጃዎች አትከተሉ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና ፡ ፡

" there is no blame on you today , " he said , " may god forgive you . he is the most merciful of all .
« ዛሬ በናንተ ላይ ወቀሳ የለባችሁም ፡ ፡ አላህ ለእናንተ ይምራል ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከአዛኞች ሁሉ ይበልጥ አዛኝ ነው » አላቸው ፡ ፤

and if an evil suggestion comes to you from satan , then seek refuge in allah . indeed , he is hearing and knowing .
ከሰይጣንም ( በኩል ) ጉትጎታ ቢያገኝህ በአላህ ተጠበቅ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ሰሚው ዐዋቂው ነውና ፡ ፡

" if you must follow me , " he said , " do not ask me any thing until i speak of it to you myself . "
« ብትከተለኝም ለአንተ ከእርሱ ማውሳትን እስከምጀምርልህ ድረስ ከምንም ነገር አትጠይቀኝ » አለው ፡ ፡

and if there comes to you from satan an evil suggestion , then seek refuge in allah . indeed , he is the hearing , the knowing .
ከሰይጣንም ጉትጎታ ቢያገኝህ ( ከመልካም ጠባይም ቢመልስህ ) በአላህ ተጠበቅ ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ሰሚው ዐዋቂው ነውና ፡ ፡

and as such we have sent it down an arabic judgment . and if you follow their desires , after the knowledge that has come to you , you shall have no guardian other than allah , nor yet a defender .
እንደዚሁ በዐረብኛ የተነገረ ፍትሕ ሲኾን አወረድነው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀቱ ከመጣልህም በኋላ ዝንባሌዎቻቸውን ብትከተል ከአላህ ቅጣት ምንም ረዳትም ጠባቂም የለህም ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , follow what is revealed to you and have patience until god issues his judgment ; he is the best judge .
ወዳንተም የሚወረደውን ነገር ተከተል ፡ ፡ አላህም ( በነሱ ላይ ) እስከሚፈርድ ድረስ ታገስ ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከፈራጆቹ ሁሉ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡
