backbiters, haters of god, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
ሐሜተኞች፥ አምላክን የሚጠሉ፥ የሚያንገላቱ፥ ትዕቢተኞች፥ ትምክህተኞች፥ ክፋትን የሚፈላለጉ፥ ለወላጆቻቸው የማይታዘዙ፥

that ye grieve not for the sake of that which hath escaped you , nor yet exult because of that which hath been given . allah loveth not all prideful boasters ,
( ይህ ማሳወቃችን ) ባመለጣችሁ ጸጋ ላይ እንዳታዝኑ አላህም በሰጣችሁ ነገር ( በትዕቢት ) እንዳትደሰቱ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ኩራተኛን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድም ፡ ፡

in order that you may not be sad over matters that you fail to get , nor rejoice because of that which has been given to you . and allah likes not prideful boasters .
( ይህ ማሳወቃችን ) ባመለጣችሁ ጸጋ ላይ እንዳታዝኑ አላህም በሰጣችሁ ነገር ( በትዕቢት ) እንዳትደሰቱ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም ኩራተኛን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድም ፡ ፡

for men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
ሰዎች ራሳቸውን የሚወዱ ይሆናሉና፥ ገንዘብን የሚወዱ፥ ትምክህተኞች፥ ትዕቢተኞች፥ ተሳዳቢዎች፥ ለወላጆቻቸው የማይታዘዙ፥ የማያመሰግኑ፥

" and swell not thy cheek ( for pride ) at men , nor walk in insolence through the earth ; for allah loveth not any arrogant boaster .
« ጉንጭህንም ( በኩራት ) ከሰዎች አታዙር ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ ተንበጥርረህ አትሂድ ፡ ፡ አላህ ተንበጥራሪን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድምና ፡ ፡
