ግሣጼይቱ ብትጠቅም ( ሰዎችን ) ገሥጽም ፡ ፡

now ask them if their lord has daughters , and they sons ?
( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them , if you would be certain .
የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ነገር ሁሉ ጌታ ከኾነው ( ተላኩ ) ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ እንደኾናችሁ ( ነገሩ እንዳልነው መኾኑን እወቁ ) ፡ ፡

lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them , if ye would be sure .
የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ነገር ሁሉ ጌታ ከኾነው ( ተላኩ ) ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ እንደኾናችሁ ( ነገሩ እንዳልነው መኾኑን እወቁ ) ፡ ፡

he is the lord of heaven and earth and all that is between them , if only you would really believe ,
የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ነገር ሁሉ ጌታ ከኾነው ( ተላኩ ) ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ እንደኾናችሁ ( ነገሩ እንዳልነው መኾኑን እወቁ ) ፡ ፡

faint not nor grieve , for ye will overcome them if ye are ( indeed ) believers .
እናንተም የበላዮች ስትኾኑ ምእመናን እንደኾናችሁ አትስነፉ ፤ አትዘኑም ፡ ፡

he is the lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them , if only you would have strong faith .
የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ነገር ሁሉ ጌታ ከኾነው ( ተላኩ ) ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ እንደኾናችሁ ( ነገሩ እንዳልነው መኾኑን እወቁ ) ፡ ፡

' it was their great one amongst them that did it . ask them , if they are able to speak '
« አይደለም ይህ ታላቃቸው ሠራው ፡ ፡ ይናገሩም እንደ ኾነ ጠይቋቸው » አለ ፡ ፡

but allah was not to punish them whilst you were living in their midst . nor would allah punish them if they repeatedly ask forgiveness of him .
አላህም አንተ በውስጣቸው እያለህ ( ድንጋይ በማዝነብና ባሳማሚ ቅጣት ) የሚቀጣቸው አይደለም ፡ ፡ አላህም እነሱ ምህረትን የሚለምኑ ሲኾኑ የሚቀጣቸው አይደለም ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ these are my daughters , [ marry them ] if you should do anything . ’
( ሉጥም ) « እነኝህ ሴቶች ልጆቼ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ሠሪዎች ብትኾኑ ( አግቧቸው ) » አለ ፡ ፡

( moses ) said : lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them , if ye had but sure belief .
( ሙሳ ) « የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ሁሉ ጌታ ነው ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ ብትኾኑ ( ነገሩ ይህ ነው ) ፤ » አለው ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , tell them , " if you love god , follow me . god will love you and forgive your sins .
በላቸው ፡ - « አላህን የምትወዱ እንደኾናችሁ ተከተሉኝ ፤ አላህ ይወዳችኋልና ፡ ፡ ኀጢኣቶቻችሁንም ለናንተ ይምራልና ፡ ፡ አላህም መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡ »

if they come to you , judge between them or turn away from them . if you avoid them they cannot harm you in anything ; but if you judge , judge between them with fairness .
ውሸትን አዳማጮች እርምን በላተኞች ናቸው ፡ ፡ ወደአንተ ቢመጣም በመካከላቸው ፍረድ ፡ ፡ ወይም ተዋቸው ፡ ፡ ብትተዋቸውም ምንም አይጎዱህም ፡ ፡ ብትፈርድም በመካከላቸው በትክክል ፍረድ ፡ ፡ አላህ በትክክል ፈራጆችን ይወዳልና ፡ ፡

[ moses ] said , " the lord of the heavens and earth and that between them , if you should be convinced . "
( ሙሳ ) « የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ሁሉ ጌታ ነው ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ ብትኾኑ ( ነገሩ ይህ ነው ) ፤ » አለው ፡ ፡

( moses ) said : " the lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them , if you can believe . "
( ሙሳ ) « የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ሁሉ ጌታ ነው ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ ብትኾኑ ( ነገሩ ይህ ነው ) ፤ » አለው ፡ ፡

' he ' ( moses ) replied : ' is the lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them , if you believe '
( ሙሳ ) « የሰማያትና የምድር በመካከላቸውም ያለው ሁሉ ጌታ ነው ፡ ፡ የምታረጋግጡ ብትኾኑ ( ነገሩ ይህ ነው ) ፤ » አለው ፡ ፡
