እርሱ ለጌታው ከአወዳሾቹ ባልሆነም ኖሮ ፤

and they glorified god in me.
ስለ እኔም እግዚአብሔርን ያከብሩ ነበር።

god be glorified , far above what they allege .
አላህ ከሚመጥኑት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

glorified is he , and high exalted above what they say !
ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከሚሉትም ነገር ሁሉ ከፍ ያለን ልቅና ላቀ ፡ ፡

be he glorified . he is exalted , far above what they say .
ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከሚሉትም ነገር ሁሉ ከፍ ያለን ልቅና ላቀ ፡ ፡

glorified be allah from that which they attribute ( unto him ) ,
አላህ ከሚመጥኑት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

glorified is allah ! ( he is free ) from what they attribute unto him !
አላህ ከሚመጥኑት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

and they say : the beneficent hath taken unto himself a son . be he glorified !
« አልረሕማንም ( ከመላእክት ) ልጅን ያዘ » አሉ ፡ ፡ ጥራት ተገባው ፡ ፡ አይደለም ( መላእክት ) የተከበሩ ባሮች ናቸው ፡ ፡

glorified be thy lord , the lord of majesty , from that which they attribute ( unto him )
የማሸነፍ ጌታ የሆነው ጌታህ ከሚሉት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

glorified be the lord of the heavens and the earth , the lord of the throne , beyond what they describe .
የሰማያትና የምድር ጌታ የዙፋኑ ጌታ ከሚሉት ነገር ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

and one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified god,
እነሆም፥ ሲሄዱ ነጹ። ከእነርሱም አንዱ እንደ ተፈወሰ ባየ ጊዜ በታላቅ ድምፅ እግዚአብሔርን እያከበረ ተመለሰ፥

be he glorified . rather , his is everything in the heavens and the earth ; all are obedient to him .
አላህም ልጅ አለው አሉ ፡ ፡ ( ከሚሉት ) ጥራት ተገባው ፡ ፡ አይደለም በሰማያትና በምድር ያለው ሁሉ የርሱ ነው ፡ ፡ ሁሉም ለርሱ ታዛዦች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and they assign unto allah daughters - be he glorified ! - and unto themselves what they desire ;
ለአላህም ( ከመላእክት ) ሴቶች ልጆችን ያደርጋሉ ፡ ፡ ጥራት ተገባው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም የሚፈልጉትን ( ወንዶች ልጆችን ) ያደርጋሉ ፡ ፡

in houses allah has allowed to be raised and wherein his name is celebrated ; he is glorified therein , morning and evening ,
አላህ እንድትከበርና ስሙ በውስጧ እንዲወሳ ባዘዘው ቤቶች ውስጥ ( አወድሱት ) ፡ ፡ በውስጧ በጧትና በማታ ለእርሱ ያጠራሉ ፡ ፡

glorified be your lord , the lord of honour and power ! ( he is free ) from what they attribute unto him !
የማሸነፍ ጌታ የሆነው ጌታህ ከሚሉት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

glorified ( and exalted ) be he above all that they associate with him ! . and unto themselves what they desire ;
ለአላህም ( ከመላእክት ) ሴቶች ልጆችን ያደርጋሉ ፡ ፡ ጥራት ተገባው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም የሚፈልጉትን ( ወንዶች ልጆችን ) ያደርጋሉ ፡ ፡

and they say , “ the most merciful has taken to himself a son . ” be he glorified ; they are but honored servants .
« አልረሕማንም ( ከመላእክት ) ልጅን ያዘ » አሉ ፡ ፡ ጥራት ተገባው ፡ ፡ አይደለም ( መላእክት ) የተከበሩ ባሮች ናቸው ፡ ፡

glorified be the lord of the heavens and the earth , the lord of the throne ! exalted be he from all that they ascribe ( to him ) .
የሰማያትና የምድር ጌታ የዙፋኑ ጌታ ከሚሉት ነገር ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

and on the day of resurrection the whole of the earth will be grasped by his hand and the heavens will be rolled up in his right hand . glorified is he , and high is he above all that they associate as partners with him !
አላህንም በትንሣኤ ቀን ምድር በመላ ጭብጡ ስትኾን ፤ ሰማያትም በኀይሉ የሚጠቀለሉ ሲኾኑ ( ከርሱ ጋር ሌላን በማጋራታቸው ) ተገቢ ክብሩን አላከበሩትም ፡ ፡ ከሚያጋሩት ጠራ ፤ ላቀም ፡ ፡

glorified be he who carried his servant by night from the inviolable place of worship to the far distant place of worship the neighbourhood whereof we have blessed , that we might show him of our tokens ! lo !
ያ ባሪያውን ከተከበረው መስጊድ ወደዚያ ዙሪያውን ወደ ባረክነው ወደ ሩቁ መስጊድ በሌሊት ውስጥ ያስኼደው ( ጌታ ) ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከተዓምራቶቻችን ልናሳየው ( አስኼድነው ) ፡ ፡ እነሆ እርሱ ( አላህ ) ሰሚው ተመልካቺው ነው ፡ ፡
