በውስጣቸው ጠባየ መልካሞች መልክ ውቦች ( ሴቶች ) አልሉ ፡ ፡

in them are maidens good and lovely .
በውስጣቸው ጠባየ መልካሞች መልክ ውቦች ( ሴቶች ) አልሉ ፡ ፡

in them are good and beautiful women -
በውስጣቸው ጠባየ መልካሞች መልክ ውቦች ( ሴቶች ) አልሉ ፡ ፡

eat of what god has provided you lawful and good ; and fear god , in whom you are believers .
አላህም ከሰጣችሁ ሲሳይ የተፈቀደ ጣፋጭ ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ ያንንም እናንተ በርሱ አማኞች የኾናችሁበትን አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡

do you admonish others to do good and forget this yourselves ? yet you read the book .
እናንተ መጽሐፉን የምታነቡ ሆናችሁ ሰዎችን በበጎ ሥራ ታዛላችሁን ? ነፍሶቻችሁንም ትረሳላችሁን ? ( የሥራችሁን መጥፎነት ) አታውቁምን ?

it's a cure for the good and/or the bad
ለክፉም ለደጉም ፌጦ መድሃኒት ነው

and shown him the two ways ( good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and man supplicates for evil as he supplicates for good , and man is ever hasty .
ሰው መልካምን ነገር እንደሚለምን ሁሉ ፤ መጥፎንም ነገር ይለምናል ፡ ፡ ሰውም ቸኳላ ነው ፡ ፡

and allah knows best what they gather ( of good and bad deeds ) ,
አላህም ( በልቦቻቸው ) የሚቆጥሩትን ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

and guided him on the two paths ( of good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and did we not show him the two highroads ( of good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

except those who believe and do good , and enjoin on each other truth , and enjoin on each other patience .
እነዚያ ያመኑትና መልካሞችን የሠሩት ፣ በእውነትም አደራ የተባባሉት ፣ በመታገስም አደራ የተባባሉት ብቻ ሲቀሩ ፡ ፡

and we blessed him and isaac . and of their seed are some who do good , and some who plainly wrong themselves .
በእርሱና በኢስሐቅ ላይም ባረክን ፡ ፡ ከሁለቱም ዘሮች በጎ ሠሪ አልለ ፡ ፡ ለነፍሱ ግልጽ በዳይም አለ ፡ ፡

and lo ! verily i am forgiving toward him who repenteth and believeth and doeth good , and afterward walketh aright .
እኔም ለተጸጸተ ፣ ላመነም ፣ መልካምንም ለሠራ ፣ ከዚያም ለተመራ ሰው በእርግጥ መሓሪ ነኝ ፡ ፡

( then ) every person will know what he has brought ( of good and evil ) .
ነፍስ ሁሉ ( ከሥራ ) ያቀረበችውን ታውቃለች ፤

' their wage shall be given them twice , because they have endured patiently , averting evil with good and spending from what we have given them ;
እነዚያ በመታገሳቸው ዋጋቸውን ሁለት ጊዜ ይስሰጣሉ ፡ ፡ ክፉውንም ነገር በበጎ ምግባር ይገፈትራሉ ፡ ፡ ከሰጠናቸውም ሲሳይ ይለግሳሉ ፡ ፡

and not alike are the good and the evil . repel ( evil ) with what is best , when lo ! he between whom and you was enmity would be as if he were a warm friend .
መልካሚቱና ክፉይቱም ( ጸባይ ) አይተካከሉም ፡ ፡ በዚያች እርሷ መልካም በኾነችው ጸባይ ( መጥፎይቱን ) ገፍትር ፡ ፡ ያን ጊዜ ያ ባንተና በእርሱ መካከል ጠብ ያለው ሰው እርሱ ልክ እንደ አዛኝ ዘመድ ይኾናል ፡ ፡

avail yourselves of the spoils you have taken as lawful and good , and be wary of allah . indeed allah is all-forgiving , all-merciful .
( ከጠላት ) ከዘረፋችሁትም ( ሀብት ) የተፈቀደ መልካም ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ አላህንም ፍሩ ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

and how many of the generations have we destroyed before them who were better in respect of goods and outward appearance !
ከእነሱም በፊት ከክፍለ ዘመናት ሕዝቦች እነሱ በቁሳቁስና በትርኢትም በጣም ያማሩትን ብዙዎችን አጥፍተናል ፡ ፡

and allah turned back the disbelievers in their hearts jealousy ’ , gaining no good ; and allah sufficed the muslims in their fight ; and allah is almighty , most honourable .
እነዚያንም የካዱትን በቁጭታቸው የተመሉ መልካምን ነገር ያላገኙ ሆነው አላህ መለሳቸው ፡ ፡ አማኞቹንም አላህ መጋደልን በቃቸው ፡ ፡ አላህም ብርቱ አሸናፊ ነው ፡ ፡
