በውስጣቸው ጠባየ መልካሞች መልክ ውቦች ( ሴቶች ) አልሉ ፡ ፡

in them good and comely maidens --

in them are maidens good and lovely .

in them are good and beautiful women -
በውስጣቸው ጠባየ መልካሞች መልክ ውቦች ( ሴቶች ) አልሉ ፡ ፡

it's a cure for the good and/or the bad
ለክፉም ለደጉም ፌጦ መድሃኒት ነው

have we not shown him the ways of good and evil ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and shown him the two ways ( good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and showed him two highways ( of good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and shown him the two paths [ of good and evil ] ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

for this is good and acceptable in the sight of god our saviour;
ሰዎች ሁሉ ሊድኑና እውነቱን ወደ ማወቅ ሊደርሱ በሚወድ በእግዚአብሔር በመድኃኒታችን ፊት መልካምና ደስ የሚያሰኝ ይህ ነው።

and guided him on the two paths ( of good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and did we not show him the two highroads ( of good and evil ) ?
ሁለትን መንገዶችም አልመራነውምን ?

and allah knows best what they gather ( of good and bad deeds ) ,
አላህም ( በልቦቻቸው ) የሚቆጥሩትን ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

and man prayeth for evil the prayer he should make for good , and man is ever hasty .
ሰው መልካምን ነገር እንደሚለምን ሁሉ ፤ መጥፎንም ነገር ይለምናል ፡ ፡ ሰውም ቸኳላ ነው ፡ ፡

joseph said , " place in my charge the storehouses of the land ; for i am a good and knowledgeable custodian . "
« በምድር ግምጃ ቤቶች ላይ ( ሹም ) አድርገኝ ፡ ፡ እኔ ጠባቂ አዋቂ ነኝና » አለ ፡ ፡

and give full measures when ye measure and weigh with an even balance that is good , and the best interpretation .
በሰፈራችሁም ጊዜ ስፍርን ሙሉ ፡ ፡ በትክክለኛው ሚዛንም መዝኑ ፡ ፡ ይህ መልካም ነገር ነው ፡ ፡ መጨረሻውም ያማረ ነው ፡ ፡

( then ) every person will know what he has brought ( of good and evil ) .
ነፍስ ሁሉ ( ከሥራ ) ያቀረበችውን ታውቃለች ፤

and eat of the things which allah has provided for you , lawful and good , and fear allah in whom you believe .
አላህም ከሰጣችሁ ሲሳይ የተፈቀደ ጣፋጭ ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ ያንንም እናንተ በርሱ አማኞች የኾናችሁበትን አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡

' their wage shall be given them twice , because they have endured patiently , averting evil with good and spending from what we have given them ;
እነዚያ በመታገሳቸው ዋጋቸውን ሁለት ጊዜ ይስሰጣሉ ፡ ፡ ክፉውንም ነገር በበጎ ምግባር ይገፈትራሉ ፡ ፡ ከሰጠናቸውም ሲሳይ ይለግሳሉ ፡ ፡

so eat of that which you have gained in war as lawful and good , and fear god . surely , god is most forgiving and merciful .
( ከጠላት ) ከዘረፋችሁትም ( ሀብት ) የተፈቀደ መልካም ሲኾን ብሉ ፡ ፡ አላህንም ፍሩ ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡
