« ( ጣዖታቶቹ ለእኛ ) ከመገዛታችሁ በእርግጥ ዘንጊዎች ለመኾናችንም በእኛና በእናንተ መካከል የአላህ መስካሪነት በቃ » ( ይሏቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

when you recite the quran , we place an invisible barrier between you and those who do not believe in the hereafter .
ቁርኣንንም ባነበብክ ጊዜ ባንተና በእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በማያምኑት ሰዎች መካከል የሚሸሸግን ግርዶሽ አድርገናል ፡ ፡

and god sufficieth as witness between you and us , of your worship , we have been ever unaware .
« ( ጣዖታቶቹ ለእኛ ) ከመገዛታችሁ በእርግጥ ዘንጊዎች ለመኾናችንም በእኛና በእናንተ መካከል የአላህ መስካሪነት በቃ » ( ይሏቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

and when you recite the qur 'an , we put between you and those who do not believe in the hereafter a concealed partition .
ቁርኣንንም ባነበብክ ጊዜ ባንተና በእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በማያምኑት ሰዎች መካከል የሚሸሸግን ግርዶሽ አድርገናል ፡ ፡

when you recite the qur 'an , we place a hidden barrier between you and those who do not believe in the hereafter ;
ቁርኣንንም ባነበብክ ጊዜ ባንተና በእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በማያምኑት ሰዎች መካከል የሚሸሸግን ግርዶሽ አድርገናል ፡ ፡

say , “ god is enough witness between you and me . he is fully aware of his servants , and he sees them well . ”
« በእኔና በእናንተ መካከል መስካሪ በአላህ በቃ ፡ ፡ እርሱ በባሮቹ ( ነገር ) ውስጥ ዐዋቂ ተመልካች ነውና » በላቸው ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ what my lord has furnished me is better . yet help me with some strength , and i will make a bulwark between you and them .
አለ « ጌታዬ በእርሱ ያስመቸኝ ሀብት ( ከናንተ ግብር ) በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ በጉልበት እገዙኝ ፡ ፡ በእናንተና በእነሱ መካከል ብርቱን ግድብ አደርጋለሁና ፡ ፡

and when you recite the quran , we place between you and those who do not believe in the hereafter a hidden barrier ;
ቁርኣንንም ባነበብክ ጊዜ ባንተና በእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም በማያምኑት ሰዎች መካከል የሚሸሸግን ግርዶሽ አድርገናል ፡ ፡

he answered : " whatever my lord has granted me is good enough . but help me with your labour and i will erect a rampart between you and them .
አለ « ጌታዬ በእርሱ ያስመቸኝ ሀብት ( ከናንተ ግብር ) በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ በጉልበት እገዙኝ ፡ ፡ በእናንተና በእነሱ መካከል ብርቱን ግድብ አደርጋለሁና ፡ ፡

he said : " the ability my lord has given me is better . so help me with your manual labour ; i will build a wall between you and them .
አለ « ጌታዬ በእርሱ ያስመቸኝ ሀብት ( ከናንተ ግብር ) በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ በጉልበት እገዙኝ ፡ ፡ በእናንተና በእነሱ መካከል ብርቱን ግድብ አደርጋለሁና ፡ ፡

and if it had not been for the favor of allah upon you and his mercy ... and because allah is kind and merciful .
በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታውና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ አላህም ሩኅሩኅና አዛኝ ባልኾነ ኖሮ ( ቶሎ ባጠፋችሁ ነበር ) ፡ ፡

allah 's witness suffices between you and us that ( even if you worshipped us ) we were totally unaware of your worshipping us .
« ( ጣዖታቶቹ ለእኛ ) ከመገዛታችሁ በእርግጥ ዘንጊዎች ለመኾናችንም በእኛና በእናንተ መካከል የአላህ መስካሪነት በቃ » ( ይሏቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

allah will set your deeds right for you and will forgive you your sins . whoever obeys allah and his messenger has achieved a great triumph .
ሥራዎቻችሁን ለእናንተ ያበጅላችኋልና ፡ ፡ ኀጢአቶቻችሁንም ለእናንተ ይምርላችኋል ፡ ፡ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የሚታዘዝም ሰው በእርግጥ ታላቅን እድል አገኘ ፡ ፡

he knows what you are busy with concerning this . he is sufficient as witness between you and me ; yet he is forgiving , ever-merciful . "
ይልቁንም ቀጠፈው ይላሉን ? « ብቀጥፈው ለእኔ ከአላህ ( ቅጣት ለማዳን ) ምንንም አትችሉም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ያንን በእርሱ የምትቀባዥሩበትን ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡ በእኔና በእናንተ መካከል መስካሪ በእርሱ በቃ ፡ ፡ እርሱም መሓሪው አዛኙ ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and had there not been allah 's grace upon you and his mercy , and that allah was tender and merciful , ye had perished .
በእናንተም ላይ የአላህ ችሮታውና እዝነቱ ባልነበረ አላህም ሩኅሩኅና አዛኝ ባልኾነ ኖሮ ( ቶሎ ባጠፋችሁ ነበር ) ፡ ፡

he said , “ let this be an agreement between you and me . whichever of the two terms i fulfill , there shall be no reprisal against me ; and god is witness over what we say . ”
( ሙሳም ) « ይህ ( ውለታ ) በእኔና ባንተ መካከል ( ረጊ ) ነው ፡ ፡ ከሁለቱ ጊዜያቶች ማንኛውንም ብፈጽም በእኔ ላይ ወሰን ማለፍ የለም ፡ ፡ አላህም በምንለነው ላይ ምስክር » ነው አለ ፡ ፡

he replied , " the power that my lord has granted me is better ( than your tax ) . help me with your man-power and i shall construct a barrier between you and gog and magog .
አለ « ጌታዬ በእርሱ ያስመቸኝ ሀብት ( ከናንተ ግብር ) በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ በጉልበት እገዙኝ ፡ ፡ በእናንተና በእነሱ መካከል ብርቱን ግድብ አደርጋለሁና ፡ ፡

( moses ) said : " this is ( agreed ) between you and me . whichever term i fulfil , no injustice will be done to me .
( ሙሳም ) « ይህ ( ውለታ ) በእኔና ባንተ መካከል ( ረጊ ) ነው ፡ ፡ ከሁለቱ ጊዜያቶች ማንኛውንም ብፈጽም በእኔ ላይ ወሰን ማለፍ የለም ፡ ፡ አላህም በምንለነው ላይ ምስክር » ነው አለ ፡ ፡

and if a bounty from allah befell you , he would surely cry , as if there had been no love between you and him : oh , would that i had been with them , then should i have achieved a great success !
ከአላህም የኾነ ችሮታ ቢያገኛችሁ በእናንተና በእርሱ መካከል ፍቅር እንዳልነበረች ሁሉ « ታላቅ ዕድልን አገኝ ዘንድ ከነሱ ጋር በኾንኩ ወይ ምኞቴ ! » ይላል ፡ ፡

but if a bounty from god visits you , he will surely say , as if there had never been any affection between you and him , ' would that i had been with them , to attain a mighty triumph ! '
ከአላህም የኾነ ችሮታ ቢያገኛችሁ በእናንተና በእርሱ መካከል ፍቅር እንዳልነበረች ሁሉ « ታላቅ ዕድልን አገኝ ዘንድ ከነሱ ጋር በኾንኩ ወይ ምኞቴ ! » ይላል ፡ ፡
