i have been doing
እኔ ነኝ

i have been sent as a trusted messenger to you .
« እኔ ለናንተ ታማኝ መልክተኛ ነኝ ፡ ፡

i have been commanded to be the first to submit . "
« የሙስሊሞችም መጀመሪያ እንድኾን ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ »

for which cause also i have been much hindered from coming to you.
ስለዚህ ደግሞ ወደ እናንተ እንዳልመጣ ብዙ ጊዜ ተከለከልሁ።

and i have been commanded to be the first of those that surrender . '
« የሙስሊሞችም መጀመሪያ እንድኾን ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ »

say , ‘ i have been commanded to worship allah with exclusive faith in him ,
በል « እኔ አላህን ሃይማኖትን ለርሱ ያጠራሁ ኾኜ እንድግገዛው ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡

noah said , " my lord , i have been preaching to my people , night and day ,
( ስለ ተቃወሙትም ) « አለ ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እኔ ሌሊትም ቀንም ሕዝቦቼን ጠራሁ ፡ ፡

do not choose other gods besides him . i have been sent from him to plainly warn you " .
ከአላህም ጋር ሌላን አምላክ አታድርጉ ፡ ፡ እኔ ለእናንተ ከእርሱ ( የተላክሁ ) ግልጽ አስፈራሪ ነኝና ፡ ፡

and i have been commanded to be the first [ among you ] of the muslims . "
« የሙስሊሞችም መጀመሪያ እንድኾን ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ »

and i have been commanded to be the foremost of those who submit [ to him ] . ’
« የሙስሊሞችም መጀመሪያ እንድኾን ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ »

say ( prophet muhammad ) : ' o people , i have been sent to warn you plainly .
« እናንተ ሰዎች ሆይ ! እኔ ለእናንተ ግልጽ አስጠንቃቂ ብቻ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

" he has no partner . and of this i have been commanded , and i am the first of the muslims . "
« ለእርሱ ተጋሪ የለውም ፡ ፡ በዚህም ( በማጥራት ) ታዘዝኩ ፡ ፡ እኔም የሙስሊሞች መጀመሪያ ነኝ » ( በል ) ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , tell them , " seek refuge in god . i have been sent from him to plainly warn you .
« ወደ አላህም ሽሹ ፤ እኔ ለእናንተ ከርሱ ግልጽ አስጠንቃቂ ነኝና » ( በላቸው ) ፡ ፡

but if they turn away , say , ‘ i have proclaimed to you all alike , and i do not know whether what you have been promised is far or near .
እምቢም ቢሉ ( በማወቅ ) በእኩልነት ላይ ኾነን ( የታዘዝኩትን ) አስታውቅኋችሁ ፡ ፡ « የምትስፈራሩበትም ነገር ቅርብ ወይም ሩቅ መኾኑን አላውቅም ፤ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

but he was not long in coming , and reported : " i have been around where you have not been . i come from saba with positive news .
( ወፉ ) ዕሩቅ ያልኾነንም ጊዜ ቆዬ ፡ ፡ አለም « ያላወቅከውን ነገር አወቅኩ ፡ ፡ ከሰበእም እርግጠኛን ወሬ አመጣሁልህ ፡ ፡

if there are some among you who believe in that which i have been sent and others who disbelieve it , be patient until allah shall judge between us . he is the best of judges '
« ከእናንተም በዚያ እኔ በእርሱ በተላክሁበት ያመኑ ጭፍሮችና ያላመኑ ጭፍሮችም ቢኖሩ በመካከላችን አላህ እስከሚፈርድ ታገሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከፈራጆች ሁሉ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ »

and if there is a party of you which believeth in that wherewith i have been sent , and there is a party which believeth not , then have patience until allah judge between us . he is the best of all who deal in judgment .
« ከእናንተም በዚያ እኔ በእርሱ በተላክሁበት ያመኑ ጭፍሮችና ያላመኑ ጭፍሮችም ቢኖሩ በመካከላችን አላህ እስከሚፈርድ ታገሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከፈራጆች ሁሉ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ »

" i have not gone astray , o my people , " he said , " but have been sent by my lord , the creator of all the worlds .
አላቸው « ወገኖቼ ሆይ ! ምንም መሳሳት የለብኝም ፡ ፡ ግን እኔ ከዓለማት ጌታ መልእክተኛ ነኝ ፡ ፡ »

and if there is a party of you who believe in the message i have been sent with , and a party who believe not , be patient till god shall judge between us ; he is the best of judges . '
« ከእናንተም በዚያ እኔ በእርሱ በተላክሁበት ያመኑ ጭፍሮችና ያላመኑ ጭፍሮችም ቢኖሩ በመካከላችን አላህ እስከሚፈርድ ታገሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከፈራጆች ሁሉ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ »

" and if there is a party of you who believes in that with which i have been sent and a party who do not believe , so be patient until allah judges between us , and he is the best of judges . "
« ከእናንተም በዚያ እኔ በእርሱ በተላክሁበት ያመኑ ጭፍሮችና ያላመኑ ጭፍሮችም ቢኖሩ በመካከላችን አላህ እስከሚፈርድ ታገሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከፈራጆች ሁሉ በላጭ ነው ፡ ፡ »
