የበጎ ሥራ ዋጋ በጎ እንጅ ሌላ ነውን ?

ተዓምር አድርገንም በእርግጥ ተውናት ፡ ፡ ከተገሳጭም አልለን ?

and we destroyed those like you , is there any that will remember !
ብጤዎቻችሁንም በእርግጥ አጠፋን ፡ ፡ ተገሳጭም አልለን ?

and they will say , “ is there any one any magician – ? ”
« አሻሪው ማነው ? » በተባለም ጊዜ ፡ ፡

and verily we have destroyed your fellows ; but is there any that remembereth ?
ብጤዎቻችሁንም በእርግጥ አጠፋን ፡ ፡ ተገሳጭም አልለን ?

and assuredly we have destroyed your likes ; so is there any one who shall be admonished ?
ብጤዎቻችሁንም በእርግጥ አጠፋን ፡ ፡ ተገሳጭም አልለን ?

and we have certainly made the qur 'an easy for remembrance , so is there any who will remember ?
ቁርኣንንም ለመገንዘብ በእርግጥ አገራነው ፡ ፡ ተገንዛቢም አልለን ?

and in truth we have made the qur 'an easy to remember ; but is there any that remembereth ?
ቁርኣንንም ለመገንዘብ በእርግጥ አገራነው ፡ ፡ ተገንዛቢም አልለን ?

and we have left this as a sign ( for all time ) : then is there any that will receive admonition ?
ተዓምር አድርገንም በእርግጥ ተውናት ፡ ፡ ከተገሳጭም አልለን ?

and indeed , we have destroyed your likes , then is there any that will remember ( or receive admonition ) ?
ብጤዎቻችሁንም በእርግጥ አጠፋን ፡ ፡ ተገሳጭም አልለን ?

neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
እኛን በሚቆጣጠር በእርሱ ዓይኖቹ ፊት ሁሉ ነገር የተራቆተና የተገለጠ ነው እንጂ፥ በእርሱ ፊት የተሰወረ ፍጥረት የለም።

and ( oft ) in the past , have we destroyed gangs like unto you : then is there any that will receive admonition ?
ብጤዎቻችሁንም በእርግጥ አጠፋን ፡ ፡ ተገሳጭም አልለን ?

allah is he who created you , then gave you sustenance , then he causes you to die , then brings you to life . is there any of your associate-gods who does aught of it ?
አላህ ያ የፈጠራችሁ ፣ ከዚያም ሲሳይን የሰጣችሁ ፣ ከዚያም የሚገድላችሁ ከዚያም ሕያው የሚያደርጋችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ከምታጋሯቸው ( ጣዖታት ) ውስጥ ከዚህ ነገር አንዳችን የሚሠራ አለን ለአላህ ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ( በእርሱ ) ከሚያጋሩትም ሁሉ ላቀ ፡ ፡

is not he best who answereth the distressed when he calleth unto him and removeth the evil , and hath made you the successors in the earth ? is there any god along with allah ?
ወይም ያ ችግረኛን በለመነው ጊዜ የሚቀበል ፣ መከራንም የሚያስወግድ ፣ በምድርም ላይ ምትኮች የሚያደረጋችሁ ፤ ( ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት ) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን ጥቂትንም አትገሠጹም ፡ ፡

god has never begotten a son , nor is there any god besides him . otherwise , each god would have taken away what it has created , and some of them would have gained supremacy over others .
አላህ ምንም ልጅን አልያዘም ( አልወለደም ) ፡ ፡ ከእርሱም ጋር አንድም አምላክ የለም ፡ ፡ ያን ጊዜ ( ሌላ አምላክ በነበረ ) አምላክ ሁሉ በፈጠረው ነገር በተለየ ነበር ፡ ፡ ከፊላቸውም በከፊሉ ለይ በላቀ ነበር ፡ ፡ አላህ ከሚመጥኑት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

and how many a generation before them did we destroy who were greater than them in [ striking ] power and had explored throughout the lands . is there any place of escape ?
ከእነርሱም ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት ከክፍለ ዘመናት ሕዝቦች ብዙዎችን እነርሱ በኀያልነት ከእነርሱ ይበልጥ የበረቱ የኾኑትን ( ማምለጫ ፍለጋ ) በየአገሮቹም የመረመሩትን አጥፍተናል ፡ ፡ ማምለጫ አለን ?

whomever god has caused to go astray will find no guardian after this . you will see the unjust , on facing the torment , say , " is there any way to turn back ?
አላህ የሚያጠመውም ሰው ከእርሱ በኋለ ለእርሱ ምንም ረዳት የለውም ፡ ፡ በደለኞችንም ቅጣቱን ባዩ ጊዜ ወደ መመለስ መንገድ አልለን ? የሚሉ ሲኾኑ ታያቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

and whomsoever allah makes err , he has no guardian after him ; and you shall see the unjust , when they see the punishment , saying : is there any way to return ?
አላህ የሚያጠመውም ሰው ከእርሱ በኋለ ለእርሱ ምንም ረዳት የለውም ፡ ፡ በደለኞችንም ቅጣቱን ባዩ ጊዜ ወደ መመለስ መንገድ አልለን ? የሚሉ ሲኾኑ ታያቸዋለህ ፡ ፡

their messengers said : ' is there any doubt about allah , the originator of the heavens and the earth ? he calls you to him in order that he forgives you your sins and defers you till a stated term ' they said : ' you are only mortals like us .
መልክተኞቻቸው « ከኀጢአቶቻችሁ እንዲምራችሁ ወደ ተወሰነ ጊዜም ( ያለ ቅጣት ) እንዲያቆያችሁ የሚጠራችሁ ሲኾን ሰማያትንና ምድርን ፈጣሪ በኾነው አላህ ( በመኖሩ ) ጥርጣሬ አለን » አሏቸው ፡ ፡ ( ሕዝቦቹም ) « እናንተ ብጤያችን ሰው እንጂ አይደላችሁም አባቶቻችን ይገዙት ከነበሩት ልትከለክሉን ትሻላችሁ ፡ ፡ ግልጽንም አስረጅ ( ካመጣችሁት ሌላ ) አምጡልን » አሉ ፡ ፡

" ( are the idols worthier or ) the one who guides you in the darkness of the land and sea and sends the winds bearing the glad news of his mercy ? is there any lord besides god ?
ወይም ያ በየብስና በባሕር ጨለማዎች ውስጥ የሚመራችሁ ነፋሶችንም ከዝናሙ በፊት አብሳሪ ኾነው የሚልክ ( ይበልጣልን ወይስ የሚያጋሩት ) ከአላህ ጋር ሌላ አምላክ አለን አላህ ( በእርሱ ) ከሚያጋሩዋቸው ሁሉ ላቀ ፡ ፡
