ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

and we chose them knowingly over all other people .
ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

certainly we chose them knowingly above all the nations ,
ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

and we chose them aforetime above the nations , knowingly ,
ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

and we knowingly chose them , among all others of their time .
ከማወቅም ጋር በዓለማት ላይ በእርግጥ መረጥናቸው ፡ ፡

do not confuse truth with falsehood , nor conceal the truth knowingly .
እውነቱንም በውሸት አትቀላቅሉ ፡ ፡ እናንተም የምታውቁ ስትሆኑ እውነትን አትደብቁ ፡ ፡

why do you mix truth with falsehood and knowingly hide the truth ? "
« የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች ሆይ ! እውነቱን በውሸት ለምን ትቀላቅላላችሁ እውነቱንም እናንተ የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ለምን ትደብቃላችሁ »

do not betray god and his messenger , and do not knowingly violate your trusts .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህንና መልክተኛውን አትክዱ ፡ ፡ አደራዎቻችሁንም እናንተ እያወቃችሁ አትክዱ ፡ ፡

and lot ! when he said unto his folk : will ye commit abomination knowingly ?
ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፤ « እናንተ የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ፀያፍን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን

and tell of lot . he said to his people , " will you commit evil knowingly ?
ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፤ « እናንተ የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ፀያፍን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን

o ye who believe ! betray not allah and his messenger , nor knowingly betray your trusts .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህንና መልክተኛውን አትክዱ ፡ ፡ አደራዎቻችሁንም እናንተ እያወቃችሁ አትክዱ ፡ ፡

o people of the book , why do you mix the false with the true , and hide the truth knowingly ?
« የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች ሆይ ! እውነቱን በውሸት ለምን ትቀላቅላላችሁ እውነቱንም እናንተ የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ለምን ትደብቃላችሁ »

believers ! do not be unfaithful to allah and the messenger , nor be knowingly unfaithful to your trusts .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህንና መልክተኛውን አትክዱ ፡ ፡ አደራዎቻችሁንም እናንተ እያወቃችሁ አትክዱ ፡ ፡

o people of the book ! why do you confound the truth with falsehood , and knowingly conceal the truth ?
« የመጽሐፉ ሰዎች ሆይ ! እውነቱን በውሸት ለምን ትቀላቅላላችሁ እውነቱንም እናንተ የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ለምን ትደብቃላችሁ »

and those unto whom they cry instead of him possess no power of intercession , saving him who beareth witness unto the truth knowingly .
እነዚያም ከአላህ ሌላ የሚግገዟቸው እነርሱ የሚያውቁ ኾነው በእውነት ከመሰከሩት በስተቀር ምልጃን አይችሉም ፡ ፡

those they call upon , apart from him , have no power of intercession , save such as have testified to the truth , and that knowingly .
እነዚያም ከአላህ ሌላ የሚግገዟቸው እነርሱ የሚያውቁ ኾነው በእውነት ከመሰከሩት በስተቀር ምልጃን አይችሉም ፡ ፡

and eat not up your property among yourselves in vanity , nor seek by it to gain the hearing of the judges that ye may knowingly devour a portion of the property of others wrongfully .
ገንዘቦቻችሁንም በመካከላችሁ በከንቱ ( ያለ አግባብ ) አትብሉ ፡ ፡ እናንተም የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ከሰዎች ገንዘቦች ከፊልን በኃጢኣት ትበሉ ዘንድ ወደ ዳኞች አትጣሏት ፡ ፡

and do not consume each other 's wealth in vain , nor offer it to men in authority with intent of usurping unlawfully and knowingly a part of the wealth of others .
ገንዘቦቻችሁንም በመካከላችሁ በከንቱ ( ያለ አግባብ ) አትብሉ ፡ ፡ እናንተም የምታውቁ ስትኾኑ ከሰዎች ገንዘቦች ከፊልን በኃጢኣት ትበሉ ዘንድ ወደ ዳኞች አትጣሏት ፡ ፡

do you see those who have been guided by a nation that incurred the wrath of allah ? they belong neither to you , nor to them , and knowingly they swear to lies .
ወደእነዚያ አላህ በእነርሱ ላይ የተቆጣባቸውን ሕዝቦች ወደ ተወዳጁት ( መናፍቃን ) አላየኽምን ? እነርሱ ከእናንተ አይደሉም ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም አይደሉም ፡ ፡ እነርሱም የሚያውቁ ሲኾኑ በውሸት ላይ ይምላሉ ፡ ፡

have you not seen those who have established friendship with the people who are subject to the wrath of god ? they do not belong to you nor you to them , yet they knowingly try to prove their point by using false oaths .
ወደእነዚያ አላህ በእነርሱ ላይ የተቆጣባቸውን ሕዝቦች ወደ ተወዳጁት ( መናፍቃን ) አላየኽምን ? እነርሱ ከእናንተ አይደሉም ፡ ፡ ከእነርሱም አይደሉም ፡ ፡ እነርሱም የሚያውቁ ሲኾኑ በውሸት ላይ ይምላሉ ፡ ፡
