( the pharaoh ) said : " then bring it , if you speak the truth . "
« እንግዲያውስ ከእውነተኞች እንደኾንክ ( አስረጁን ) አምጣው » አለ ፡ ፡

( solomon ) said : ' we shall see if you speak the truth or you are a liar .
( ሱለይማንም ) አለ « እውነት እንደ ተናገርክ ወይም ከውሸታሞቹ እንደ ኾንክ ወደፊት እናያለን ፡ ፡

« ከአላህ ዘንድ የኾነን መጽሐፍ እርሱ ከሁለቱም ይበልጥ ቅን የኾነን አምጡ ፡ ፡ እውነተኞች እንደ ኾናችሁ ( ብታመጡት ) እከተለዋለሁ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

believers , do not raise your voices above the voice of the prophet and when speaking to him do not speak aloud as you speak aloud to one another , lest all your deeds are reduced to nothing without your even realising it .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ድምጾቻችሁን ከነቢዩ ድምጽ በላይ ከፍ አታድርጉ ፡ ፡ ከፊላችሁም ለከፊሉ እንደሚጮህ በንግግር ለርሱ አትጩሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ የማታውቁ ስትኾኑ ሥራዎቻችሁ እንዳይበላሹ ( ተከልከሉ ) ፡ ፡

" your souls have tempted you to do something evil ! but it is best to be patient : god alone can help me bear the loss you speak of . "
በቀሚሱም ላይ የውሸትን ደም አመጡ ፡ ፡ ( አባታቸው ) « አይደለም ፤ ነፍሶቻችሁ ( ውሸት ) ነገርን ለእናንተ ሸለሙላችሁ ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ መልካም ትዕግስት ( ማድረግ አለብኝ ) በምትሉትም ነገር ላይ መታገዣው አላህ ብቻ ነው » አለ ፡ ፡

o you who believe ! do not raise your voices above the voice of the prophet , and do not speak loudly to him , as you speak loudly to one another , lest your works be in vain without you realizing .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ድምጾቻችሁን ከነቢዩ ድምጽ በላይ ከፍ አታድርጉ ፡ ፡ ከፊላችሁም ለከፊሉ እንደሚጮህ በንግግር ለርሱ አትጩሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ የማታውቁ ስትኾኑ ሥራዎቻችሁ እንዳይበላሹ ( ተከልከሉ ) ፡ ፡

and he taught adam the names , all of them ; then he presented them unto the angels and said , ' now tell me the names of these , if you speak truly . '
አደምንም ስሞችን ሁሏንም አስተማረው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም በመላእክት ላይ ( ተጠሪዎቹን ) አቀረባቸው ፡ ፡ « እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ የነዚህን ( ተጠሪዎች ) ስሞች ንገሩኝ » አላቸው ፡ ፡
