and you did not kill them , but it was allah who killed them . and you threw not , [ o muhammad ] , when you threw , but it was allah who threw that he might test the believers with a good test .
አልገደላችኋቸውም ግን አላህ ገደላቸው ፡ ፡ ( ጭብጥን ዐፈር ) በወረወርክም ጊዜ አንተ አልወረወርክም ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ ወረወረ ( ወደ ዓይኖቻቸው አደረሰው ) ፡ ፡ ለአማኞችም ከርሱ የኾነን መልካም ጸጋ ለመስጠት ( ይህን አደረገ ) ፡ ፡ አላህ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and i will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that i am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and i will give unto every one of you according to your works.
ልጆችዋንም በሞት እገድላቸዋለሁ፤ አብያተ ክርስቲያናትም ሁሉ ኵላሊትንና ልብን የምመረምር እኔ እንደ ሆንሁ ያውቃሉ፥ ለእያንዳንዳችሁም እንደ ሥራችሁ እሰጣችኋለሁ።

and remember when your lord announced the command that till the day of resurrection i will certainly send such oppressors against them , who will inflict them with a dreadful punishment ; indeed your lord is swift in meting out punishment ; and indeed he is oft forgiving , most merciful .
ጌታህም እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን ክፉ ቅጣትን የሚያቀምሳቸውን ሰው በነሱ ላይ በእርግጥ የሚልክ መኾኑን ባስታወቀ ጊዜ ( አስታውሳቸው ) ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በእርግጥ ቅጣተ ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በእርግጥ እጅግ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

and recite to them the true tale of the two sons of adam ; when both of them offered a sacrifice each – hence the sacrifice of one was accepted and not accepted from the other ; he ( the other ) said , “ i swear i will kill you ” ; he answered , “ allah accepts only from the pious . ”
በነርሱም ላይ የአደምን ሁለት ልጆች ወሬ ቁርባንን ባቀረቡና ( አላህ ) ከአንደኛቸው ተቀብሎ ከሌላው ባልተቀበለ ጊዜ ( የኾነውን ) በእውነት አንብብላቸው ፡ ፡ « በእርግጥ እገድልሃለሁ » አለው ፡ ፡ ( ተገዳዩ ) « አላህ የሚቀበለው እኮ ከጥንቁቆቹ ብቻ ነው » አለ ፡ ፡
