and whosoever strive , striveth only for himself : verily allah is independent of the worlds .
የታገለ ሰውም የሚታገለው ለነፍሱ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ከዓለማት በእርግጥ ተብቃቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
የሚታገልም ሁሉ በነገር ሁሉ ሰውነቱን ይገዛል፤ እነዚያም የሚጠፋውን አክሊል ሊያገኙ ነው፥ እኛ ግን የማይጠፋውን።

and whosoever intendeth the hereafter and striveth therefor with due striving , while he is a believer , then those : their striving shall be appreciated .
መጨረሻይቱንም ዓለም የፈለገ ሰው እርሱ አማኝ ኾኖ ለርሷ ( ተገቢ ) ሥራዋን የሠራም ሰው እነዚህ ሥራቸው የተመሰገነ ይኾናል ፡ ፡

and who doth greater wrong than he who forbiddeth the approach to the sanctuaries of allah lest his name should be mentioned therein , and striveth for their ruin . as for such , it was never meant that they should enter them except in fear .
የአላህንም መስጊዶች በውስጣቸው ስሙ እንዳይወሳ ከከለከለና እርሷንም በማበላሸት ከሮጠ ሰው ይበልጥ በዳይ ማነው ? እነዚያ ፈሪዎች ኾነው እንጂ ለእነርሱ በቅርቢቱ ዓለም ውርደት አላቸው ፡ ፡ ለነርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ አገር ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

lo ! the hour is surely coming . but i will to keep it hidden , that every soul may be rewarded for that which it striveth ( to achieve ) .
« ሰዓቲቱ በእርግጥ መጪናት ፡ ፡ ልደብቃት እቃረባለሁ ፡ ፡ ነፍስ ሁሉ በምትሠራው ነገር ትመነዳ ዘንድ ( መጭ ናት ) ፡ ፡

and who is more unjust than he who preventeth the mosques of allah , that his name be mentioned therein , and striveth after their ruin ? these ! it was not for them to enter therein except in fear .
የአላህንም መስጊዶች በውስጣቸው ስሙ እንዳይወሳ ከከለከለና እርሷንም በማበላሸት ከሮጠ ሰው ይበልጥ በዳይ ማነው ? እነዚያ ፈሪዎች ኾነው እንጂ ለእነርሱ በቅርቢቱ ዓለም ውርደት አላቸው ፡ ፡ ለነርሱም በመጨረሻይቱ አገር ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

count ye the slaking of a pilgrim 's thirst and tendance of the inviolable place of worship as ( equal to the worth of ) him who believeth in allah and the last day , and striveth in the way of allah ? they are not equal in the sight of allah .
ካዕባን ጎብኝዎችን ማጠጣትንና የተከበረውን መስጊድ መሥራትን በአላህና በመጨረሻው ቀን እንዳመነና በአላህ መንገድ እንደታገለ ሰው ( እምነትና ትግል ) አደረጋችሁን አላህ ዘንድ አይተካከሉም ፡ ፡ አላህም በዳዮች ሕዝቦችን አይመራም ፡ ፡
