حَمَلَ

and the steadiness of his mind beareth him out.
وصفاء ذهنه ينجيه

and by the witness and that whereunto he beareth testimony ,

يسيء الى العاقر التي لم تلد ولا يحسن الى الارملة.

الروح نفسه ايضا يشهد لارواحنا اننا اولاد الله.

and whosoever beareth ought of the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.
وكل من حمل من جثثها يغسل ثيابه ويكون نجسا الى المساء.

in the instant of danger, the courage of his heart sustaineth him and the steadiness of his mind beareth him out.
...وفي لحظة الخطر فإن شجاعة قلبه وفي الخطر شجاعة قلبه تبقيه وصفاء ذهنه ينجيه

there is another that beareth witness of me; and i know that the witness which he witnesseth of me is true.
الذي يشهد لي هو آخر وانا اعلم ان شهادته التي يشهدها لي هي حق.

allah knoweth that which every female beareth and that which the wombs absorb and that which they grow . and everything with him is measured .
« الله يعلم ما تحمل كل أنثى » من ذكر وأنثى وواحد ومتعدد وغير ذلك « وما تغيض » تنقص « الأرحام » من مدة الحمل « وما تزداد » منه « وكل شيء عنده بمقدار » بقدر وحدٍّ لا يتجاوزه .

and downcast will be faces before the living , the self- subsisting , and disappointed will be he who beareth a wrong .
« وعنت الوجوه » خضعت « للحي القيوم » أي الله « وقد خاب » خسر « من حَمَلَ ظلماً » أي شركاً .

allah knoweth that which each female beareth and that which the wombs want and that which they exceed , and with him everything is in due measure :
« الله يعلم ما تحمل كل أنثى » من ذكر وأنثى وواحد ومتعدد وغير ذلك « وما تغيض » تنقص « الأرحام » من مدة الحمل « وما تزداد » منه « وكل شيء عنده بمقدار » بقدر وحدٍّ لا يتجاوزه .

how be it allah beareth witness by that which he hath sent down unto thee he sent it down with his own knowledge and the angels also bear witness ; and sufficieth allah as a witness .
ونزل لما سئل اليهود عن نبوته صلى الله عليه وسلم فأنكروه « لكن الله يشهد » يبين نبوتك « بما أنزل إليك » من القرآن المعجز « أنزله » ملتبسا « بعلمه » أي عالما به أو فيه علمه « والملائكة يشهدون » لك أيضا « وكفى بالله شهيدا » على ذلك .

every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
كل غصن فيّ لا يأتي بثمر ينزعه. وكل ما يأتي بثمر ينقيه ليأتي بثمر اكثر.

no female beareth or bringeth forth but with his knowledge . and no aged man growth old , nor is aught diminished of his life , but it is in a book ; verily for allah that is easy .
« والله خلقكم من تراب » بخلق أبيكم آدم منه « ثم من نطفة » أي منيّ بخلق ذريته منها « ثم جعلكم أزواجا » ذكورا وإناثا « وما تحمل من أنثى ولا تضع إلا بعلمه » حال ، أي معلومة له « وما يعمَّر من معمَّر » أي ما يزاد في عمر طويل العمر « ولا ينقص من عمره » أي ذلك المعمَّر أو معمَّر آخر « إلا في كتاب » هو اللوح المحفوظ « إن ذلك على الله يسير » هيِّن .

but allah beareth witness that what he hath sent unto thee he hath sent from his ( own ) knowledge , and the angels bear witness : but enough is allah for a witness .
ونزل لما سئل اليهود عن نبوته صلى الله عليه وسلم فأنكروه « لكن الله يشهد » يبين نبوتك « بما أنزل إليك » من القرآن المعجز « أنزله » ملتبسا « بعلمه » أي عالما به أو فيه علمه « والملائكة يشهدون » لك أيضا « وكفى بالله شهيدا » على ذلك .

allah beareth witness - and also the angles and those endued with knowledge that there is no god but he , the maintainer of equity : there is no god but he , the mighty , the wise .
« شهد الله » بيَّن لخلقه بالدلائل والآيات « أنه لا إله » أي لا معبود في الوجود بحق « إلا هو و » شهد بذلك « الملائكةُ » بالإقرار « وأولوا العلم » من الأنبياء والمؤمنين بالاعتقاد واللفظ « قائماً » بتدبير مصنوعاته ونصبه على الحال والعامل فيها معنى الجملة أي تفرد « بالقسط » بالعدل « لا إله إلا هو » كرره تأكيدا « العزيز » في ملكه « الحكيم » في صنعه .

no female beareth or bringeth forth save with his knowledge . and no-one groweth old who groweth old , nor is aught lessened of his life , but it is recorded in a book , lo ! that is easy for allah .
