1 - يقرر تعديل الجزء الأول من المرفق ألف باتفاقية استكهولم بشأن الملوثات العضوية الثابتة لإدراج الدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم فيه، مع إعفاءات محددة للإنتاج وفق ما هو مسموح به للأطراف المدرجة في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة ولاستخدامه في البوليستيرين المشكل بالتمديد والبوليستيرين المشكل بالانبثاق في المباني، وذلك بإدخال الصف التالي:

(أ) البدائل الكيميائية للدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم، وخصوصاً في تطبيقات رغوات البوليسترين المشكل بالتمديد أو البوليسترين المشكل بالانبثاق، وذلك حيث مدى توافرها وتكاليفها، وفعاليتها، وكفاءتها وآثارها الصحية والبيئية وخصوصاً ما يتعلق بخصائصها كملوثات عضوية ثابتة؛
