Աստուած տեսաւ, որ լոյսը լաւ է, եւ Աստուած լոյսը բաժանեց խաւարից:

փոսի տէրը արծաթ թող վճարի անասունի տիրոջը, իսկ լէշը թող յանձնուի իրեն:

Աբրահամը գնաց դէպի նախիր, վերցրեց մի մատղաշ, լաւ հորթ, տուեց ծառային ու շտապեցրեց, որ կերակուր պատրաստի:

so those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
Եւ ծառաները ճանապարհների վրայ ելնելով՝ հաւաքեցին բոլոր նրանց, ում գտան՝ ե՛ւ չարերին, ե՛ւ բարիներին. եւ հարսանիքը լցուեց հրաւիրուածներով:

either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.
Կա՛մ ծառը բարի արէք, եւ նրա պտուղն էլ բարի կը լինի, կա՛մ ծառը չար արէք, եւ նրա պտուղն էլ չար կը լինի. քանի որ իր պտղից է ծառը ճանաչւում:

that thou wilt do us no hurt, as we have not touched thee, and as we have done unto thee nothing but good, and have sent thee away in peace: thou art now the blessed of the lord.
մեր նկատմամբ որեւէ վատ բան չանես, քանի որ մենք չենք մեղանչել քո դէմ, քեզ բարերարութիւն ենք արել եւ քեզ խաղաղութեամբ ճանապարհ դրել, որովհետեւ դու Տիրոջ օրհնած մարդն ես»:

and the lord god said, behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Տէր Աստուած ասաց. «Ահա Ադամը դարձաւ մեզ նման մէկը, նա գիտի բարին եւ չարը: Արդ, գուցէ նա ձեռքը մեկնի, քաղի կենաց ծառից, ուտի եւ անմահ դառնայ»:
